Decided to have an evening bite. Easy ordering, order was accurate, and food was filling. Sidenote* it’s off-putting to ask for a tip at the end of a transaction for an establishment such as this in addition to having a tip jar next to the register. I still enjoyed my dining experience.

Great location. Well stocked self-serve drink stations. Large, clean restrooms. Order counter is often a ghost town; you must flag down workers to take your order. Management needs to hire more for this.

This is the worst location I been to, they are skimpy with their ingredients and supply.
My sandwich was 90% bread barely any chicken or any ingredient very disappointing. I’m an avid Panera go-er for breakfast/lunch and I’ve taste better sandwiches with actual meat inside at other locations. How can they rationalize $13 for bread, some sauce and a sprinkle of chicken, horrible. Never coming back here.
They also only gave 1 napkin with my meal, I searched both drink stations for some extra napkins where they usually are and it’s blocked off. I asked a staff walking by and they said I had to ask the cashier for napkins…
Being next to a nice mall, I expected better. Total disappointment

Panera overall gets a 5 with me. And this one is very good. It’s on the small side, but still well-stocked and with divided seating areas that make the most of the space.
Counter presentation of baked goods was neat and tidy. Nothing missing. Nothing picked over. I was impressed with that, because I came in a little after the morning rush. Everything was still fresh and stocked.
Service maybe a little slow, but I wasn’t in a big rush. I love the new express order and pickup system now in Paneras. Really smart idea, since most of them get quite busy at lunch time.

Ordered mac and cheese for my daughter always do. They put bacon on the top. So I went back told the employee . She looked at me she is going to kill me. Didn’t say a word. Only spoke Spanish . I got the wrong order . She didn’t apologize at all , none of them not even the manager. And they spoke Spanish . Unbelievable

No meat on sandwiches. Sandwiches are mostly fat. Salads only flavor is in high calorie dressing. Their iced tea selection warranted the 2 stars. Macaroni and cheese ordered at same time. 2 different textures in the cheese. One looks coagulated.

Tried to pick up an order I had placed online. The children working at this restaurant were rude and left a container or soup opened. The spill caused them to giggle about it and had to leave the restaurant after the spillage.

Their reworked breakfast items are pretty good. Pictured with this review is a scrambled egg and cheese sandwich on a brioche bun. Brioche not too sweet or overpowering. Also pictured is a mediterannian egg white wrap. Both items were very good and as a result we will be returning. I love how easy it is to customize meals via either the app or the kiosks (which we used to place the order during this particular visit).
