was a little confused by the digital kitchen aspect but service was not affected at all. i came in for a group order with one allergy to olives and tara was amazing. she walked me through the best way to order. incredibly kind and service minded. would come again

This is an amazing location! The service was spectacular and everyone was very nice. I’m not one to make a habit of eating out, but i’ll certainly return to this location next time I’m in the area. Mick was the employee who helped me and he made such an amazing impression. Super guy with great customer service skills. Plus, quality of the food was quite a bit better than the few other Cava’s i’ve been to as well. Round of applause!

This is a cool concept on the regular CAVA locations.
Food quality is up to par, and the service is super quick. I walked in and was immediately greeted and got my food. Mick was the server and I had to get his name because the service was so good.
I’m in this area regularly and will definitely come back with the crew.

I tried giving the digital kitchen thing a shot because I love CAVA, but this is the second time I have picked up my order, and it was completely wrong. This time I checked my order before leaving, and when I went to the workers to tell them my order was wrong (missing dressing, avocado, and put a different green than what I had asked for), they told me it was because they were out of those things. It was the middle of the day, so it was a bit weird for them to be out of things already. Nonetheless, I understand some things go out of stock, but the least they could do is let me know when I pick up my order, not charge me extra for avocado, AND BE KIND when I go to express my concern instead of acting like I am being irrational for my bowl being made differently than what I paid for!

I had a catering order delivered for a team meeting, and the food was great, but Ken (my delivery driver) was absolutely amazing. My delivery window was 4:30-4:45 pm, and Ken was there right at 4:30, if not a tad bit earlier. He was very patient, walked everything over to a designated spot, and offered to set everything up–handling/organizing everything with care & a positive attitude. I’m re-reading what I just typed, and I recognize that it may not seem like much, and maybe it’s because I’m not articulating this well, but I just really appreciated how genuine, kind, and helpful Ken was. I’ve had so many careless/angry/annoyed/rushed delivery drivers, so it meant a lot that he took the extra time (while still moving efficiently!) to help me/make me feel like a valued customer. Thanks Ken!!

This place is a DIGITAL KITCHEN meaning you have to order on the CAVA app to pick up your order from here. Further more, the customer service, and food is amazing! I want to give a special shout out to Tara, she was very helpful and amazing. One more thing, the parking does get packed, but to NO FAULT OF CAVA. CAVA does not control how parking works, and should not be a factor in how people rate this place. I will definitely recommend this place to people.

Nia was absolutely awesome! She had such a great attitude, was super friendly, and made my order perfectly. You can tell she really cares about making sure customers leave happy. Great service and energy — she definitely made my visit to CAVA a great one!

Allie is amazing! I work in the mall and eat here atleast twice a week. She is always energetic and gives impeccable service. The food is also consistent and delicious.
