Everything was amazing! The wine selection was excellent, the food was fantastic. The lamb was some of the best I’ve ever had, the pan con tomate with prosciutto was perfect and made with bread from the bakery next door, the pasta was perfectly al dente and the flavors all work with each other so well. The white chocolate ice cream with caviar was an unexpected but fantastic pairing and the perfect way to end an amazing meal.

My girlfriend and I came in for a valentines dinner without knowing much about La Reprise. The dining room is a nice space that is somehow cozy and chic at the same time. Neither of us is very knowledgeable about wine and both the host and our server Dawson were really helpful in recommending wine parings for our various courses. We tried a very worthy selection of cheese and charcuterie and both ate salad for our main course. The salads were delicious. We ordered an orange pot de creme with candied orange rind for dessert which was really spectacular. Whenever there was something we weren’t quite satisfied with, Dawson took care of it. This was a spendy dinner for us, so it was really great to be treated so well. We are excited to go back!

This place is a breath of fresh air in the Burlington food & wine scene. Easily the best selection of wines from around the globe in Vermont, a wonderful selection of artisanal cheese, meats, tinned seafood, olive oil and more.
The restaurant has a very well curated selection of apps, small plates, and main courses with a unique selection of wines – outdoor seating during nice weather with a more casual selection of wines and food.
They have three different wine clubs based on your tastes and budget. So happy to have this back in town! If you like wine, you can’t miss La Reprise!

I recently had an incredible family style dinner here. The atmosphere special, the food was amazing and paired fabulously with the wine. I am gluten free but didn’t share this. The owner Ari noticed I wasn’t eating a certain dish, came over and asked me why and then brought me a GF substitute meal with each serving of food I couldn’t eat. I so appreciated being seen and then was so wonderfully taken care of. A true rarity in this business! Everything about La Reprise is shared with gratitude.

My wife and I stumbled into this place while out on the bike trail. Ari was an amazing host. He took the time to talk us through the right wine pairing for our snack selection and then coached us through a day drinking bottle selection for the beach and made sure we had everything to keep it cold. Super personable and attentive to our needs. Grateful we stopped here.

We celebrated our anniversary here. The prosciutto starter was excellent. We enjoyed the octopus dish and the lumache pasta dish. The combination of the cheesy pasta with the smoky tasting lardon was exceptional. The Chianti wine recommendation to pair was also great.
