Ever since hurricane Ida this location has never been the same. It’s always a hassle either due to not having available items on the menu or having to pull up and watch everyone else receive their food while they take their time bringing your order to you. The drink machine is always showing unavailable and the sweet tea container is not refilled daily. I enjoy Wendy’s but when my son finally gets food after the rest of us are finished eating I don’t appreciate this. It’s time to get this location up to par.

Fast service, got a single bacon burger only with a medium frosty.
Burger was hot, bacon crispy. I could actually taste the beef. Surprised the med frosty was so small but still a good price for what I got. Good lunch on the run.

Went here at 10am for breakfast they was already picking up for lunch. Got mad because I ordered breakfast anyway. Had to wait then they bring me cold fries and a cold sandwich. I mean very cold. But I thought breakfast was over at 10:30am. All this happened last Sunday. I threw everything away. Horrible

Me and my family went to this fast food resteraunt and had to wait 10 minutes for our food after they made us pull up from the drive through and told us they would bring out our food. The food was ready on the counter when we went in and the food was then cold. When we finally got our food, they forgot the wrap. So we had to go back inside and complain to get the wrap even after waiting the 10 minutes. Never coming back again.

Awesome staff even with a long line they pumped the food out quickly and had a smile on their faces. Hurricane Francine had just went through 2 days earlier and I couldn’t have been more happy with the service and attitudes of the employees. Eastside Wendy’s Houma La y’all are AWESOME.

Went there around 830 and was going threw the drive threw and was met with a rude person over the speaker. I wanted to pull off just from that and go somewhere else but my wife really wanted some cheese fries and a frosty. The fries was great but the frosty machine was broken. We only order some cheese fries, 6pc nuggets, and drink and we had to pull over into a parking spot I only saw 3 cars one I front me and 2 behind me. Waited about 15 minutes for our small order. It will definitely be awhile before I return back.

Don’t go to the Drive-Thru they don’t give you your total until you pull up the window, if you’re paying with card they don’t give it to you at all. They also don’t give you the receipt. I was up charged for a special that was a special but I was charged regular price. They will give you the wrong size drink or the wrong drink entirely. Is better to go inside because I drive through sucks.
