I had an issue with the Uber driver that didn’t speak English very well. So when I got my delivery, my items were missing so I called the actual store and talk to Otto the manager and he told me what to do to correct it and the driver went back. Got the stuff that was missing and brought it to me and I’ll tell you Otto went up and beyond to help me out I definitely recommend little Caesars. I’ve been eating Little Caesars forever. Both Ringling and Bee Ridge. Way to go my brother

Absolutely horrible service, placed an order over the phone at 6:00 pm, they said ready in 15 minutes …Came to pick it up at 6:30 pm only to find out they didn’t make anything yet. So “cashier places the order” now exactly 7:24 pm I’m asking for my full refund as another employee just told me that my order hasn’t even started yet.

Food is great. However the newer employee Otto is unprofessional. Belittling his coworker for something that was his fault. A team leader should lead by example and lend a helping hand when needed, not disrespect a coworker in front of customers while standing around doing nothing.

Couldn’t resist I had to bite it it looked so good and smell so fresh i don’t know but i haven’t seen this new people there and wow they make a difference so kindly great you when you come in and the pizza it’s so amazingly different!! Same store just way better service and it feel in the food !!!

I came to the store at 9:00 in order a pepperoni pizza and they told me that they were not making any more pizzas and they close at 9:30 cashier was very rude with me not recommended

Efr is the best, creates a great atmosphere, always here when I come to get a pizza. Never had any problems in this little Caesars here. At the other ones, there’s a little bit of violence and fighting once in a while not this one. I recommend everybody come here for your pizza. Recommended for birthday parties, family dinners. Celebration of life, honeymoon, wedding catering, funeral services bouncy houses nighttime security good people all around would recommend anybody come here for anything you need. Great drink, selection and fun pinball machine. Perfect arcade area for a kids birthday party.

The manager was awesome!. Her attitude of service is a breath or fresh air! The staff were friendly and very accommodating for my large last minute order. Everyone was smiling and seemed to like their job. I’m sure because the manager is so nice!

Alex is the best. He was born to do customer service, he needs to be in management if he is not already. I screwed up my online order, he happily fixed it and was so patient and helpful. Their pizzas are very tasty and the prices are conservatively normal. My wife always wants the supreme pizza and those are never ready in the warmer for pickup. You have to wait 20 minutes for it to come out of the oven. But that’s ok, it’s what we like.
