They took forever to make my oder then gave it to someone else I got the number 7 and two tacos and I had to wait even longer wasted 20min of my lunch break the buttery smash jack was good the fries where okay but when it came to the tacos it was bland no flavor at all and greasy I couldn’t even eat them I tried to Finsh my food so it doesn’t go to waste but this time I couldn’t eat them. The employees get paid $20/h for what ? If they can’t make the order right waist of my money and time

This is a pretty good Jack, but the last time I went they were out of American cheese. Haha, what? At least they put shredded cheddar on my sandwich. It was the tiniest amount though. They must have been low on that too!

Many customers are complaining at the same time we are. Breakfast sandwiches are being made with NO eggs and also wrong items and wrong breads on them.
This in not a once incident thing, it’s happening to everyone.
Jeannette the manager seems not to care after our request and other peoples request or complaints in a half hour at place.

Hi everyone okay so I went here this evening & noticed once I arrived, ITS 100% GONE! EVERYTHING on the outside is gone, roped off, nothing on the screens inside or out, closed up tight. I am 99.9% sure its closed for good. That sucks if it is cause it just means we lose another place to eat.
Guess we will see…. Absolutely sucks

The last 3 times I went to location the sign at drive thru states large drinks are $3.49 when I got to window was charged 3.69, I advised cashier and they didn’t change price and havnt change sign or fixed price.
