The braised oxtail was incredible and the cabbage was the best I have ever eaten! My husband loved his jerked chicken and fried green plantains. The sorrel was yummy. Everything was delicious and the service was responsive and friendly. We will eat here again when we are in town and will tell all our friends.

Upon arrival you may be skeptical, but in my eyes that’s exactly what I was looking for. This hole in the wall restaurant should be absolutely packed, the food is amazing, the owner took our order and made it in the back and brought it out to me and my four friends. We waited about 15 minutes in the empty restaurant, but it came out fresh and hot. I have zero complaints. Once you understand what goes into a place like this, you can truly appreciate the things done for you. The meal ended up being fairly cheap and very fulfilling. For a fresh home made meal I’ll pay double what I paid any day. While lacking in modern aesthetic, the authentic traditional beauty reigns through clear as day, and truly lies in the food.

Best food and service I’ve ever received… Not too much else to say, my friends and I were on a tight budget during our vacation in pcb. Yet still felt the need to tip pretty much what we paid for the meal! Other Jamaican spots in the area will charge double for arguably worse quality food. I’m a store manager of restaurant back home, the owner of this store should be proud of the excellent quality of service and food he is serving, absolutely amazing.

The Jamaican restaurant we visited, located an hour and a half away, exceeded all expectations. From the flavorful seasoning to the delicious macaroni and cheese, every dish was exceptional. This was undoubtedly the best Jamaican food I’ve ever had, deserving a perfect 10/10 rating. If you find yourself near the Panama City beach area, I highly recommend trying out this top-notch Jamaican cuisine spot.

I have eaten a lot of jerk chicken all over the states, but this has got to be the best ever, hands down. These guys really know how to cook. I will be making a special trip to Panama City just for the food. I actually couldn’t believe the 4.9 stars when I saw it. These people deserve 5 stars. Love this place. Going back today, before I leave town.
