This is my first time going there. It was overall very fun experience, cooking the food on the grill and using the hot pot. Lots of different options and a flavor combinations the overall price on the grill for the all-you-can-eat food. Options was pretty good. The price of the hot pot in my opinion was a little bit high or should be included with the grill food. I had three drinks in the meal with a generous tip was $100 for my meal. The Mojitos I was drinking were quite tasty but didn’t get any good recommendations from the bartender or suggestions on what I should be drinking. The owner or manager was around it was very welcoming and friendly. And our waiter was pretty on point and did a great job. I will probably go back again. I was overall very happy. The food was extremely authentic.

Every time we visit, there seem to be different staff members, which makes it feel like there is a lot of turnover. Service has often been slow, and while we’ve tried to be understanding in the past, this experience may be our last.
We ordered hot pot and attempted to order meat, but were told we should wait because the meat cooks quickly and it would be better to order later. This was confusing and not something I’ve ever experienced at any hot pot restaurant. After that, our server never came back to check on us, and I had to flag her down just to place the order.
To make matters worse, I ended up getting food poisoning afterward. I also noticed that the Szechuan spicy broth I usually enjoy was very bland and lacked the flavor it normally has.
Considering the price, the experience was very disappointing. I had hoped things would improve, but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be returning. Best of luck to the restaurant moving forward.

My fiance and I made a reservation here for our first time hanging out with a new friend. Although the staff was extremely nice, and the decor was very cute, none of us will be returning. The meat they offer is frozen, not fresh, which is uncommon with most hotpot places. The mussels and oysters were pretty obviously on the verge of expiration. My fiancé and friend did still give them a solid chance despite realizing the set up was a little fishy, but I personally couldn’t do it after finding two flies in some meat. My friend ended up getting extremely sick the next day because he tried almost everything they had to offer on the buffet table. This place has so much potential as far as customer service and ambiance, but for $35.99 a person, it’s not worth it. I believe it could’ve been a better experience with ingredients that are actually fresh to order, not the facade of it. The manager made it right with us after I brought it up to her, but we did still end up paying a decent amount which is somewhat understandable since our friend tried everything… regrettably so. I genuinely hope that they improve because I love supporting small businesses in the Fox Cities, this one just missed the mark.

We did the Korean BBQ and hotpot. Our Waitress was amazing. She did a great job checking in on us throughout the entire time. The only big ding is that the condiments were not fresh. The kimchi was old and did taste fresh. They should have thrown it out. The yellow radish was also old and did not taste fresh. The seaweed was slimy than usual and I was afraid to eat it after trying it. The Hotpot was good with lots of options to choose from. I was nervous to try the seafood as it looks like it’s been sitting out for a while in the buffet area. The meat options were okay. We were skeptical on how fresh the cuts were. Other places have had fresher/tastier meat/cuts for the price.

Molo is such a perfect restaurant if you’re craving for delicious and flavorful array of foods! The owner, Ping is super friendly and welcoming as soon as you get in the door and the servers are awesome, too! They’ll make sure that all is good and you have everything you need on the table! My family and I love to keep coming here to celebrate any kind of events. Love that we have Korean bbq in our community! I also love my Mango Boba Tea! The best in the area!

We had a larger party and were trying this place out for the first time. We were given little direction even when questions were asked. The food itself was not very good, most of us couldn’t finish our plates. Our server was nice enough. We were celebrating a birthday and had asked ahead of time if we could take some more time to eat a dessert we brought and we were given the green light. As some of us were still finishing up our meal and dessert, the birthday girl opened a birthday card. As we were leaving the manager was complaining to the other customers that there was a party that would just not leave. Very unprofessional in my opinion considering we were only there about 1.5 hours, each spent ab $100, and all tipped about 20%. Robot was cool though and servers were nice.

We were so excited to go here and went with a group of friends. The person at the front gave us a very long intro that did not help much at all. The part that I disliked most was the quality of the meat. For the price it costs I thought it would be better quality but there was so much fat. The waitress also stopped our table from ordering everything we wanted at once and said that was enough food. She could’ve handled that better and explained how big the plates were or anything like that. We did end up ordering twice more after that so it probably wouldn’ve been fine. The shaved ice was a nice touch, but that and the robot were probably the best parts of the meal. I would recommend a smaller group of maybe two to have a more enjoyable experience. For the price I’d honestly rather cook something at home or go to a nice restaurant. Unfortunately I will not be back.

Legit HotPot restaurant. The host explained how everything worked to me before I was seated by the in-house robot ( very cool). My server was extremely attentive, hardworking, and kind. The taste, variety, and freshness of the food was all on point. Halfway through my meal the manager/owner made the rounds and asked how everyone’s meal was. She was very friendly and professional. They also have a rewards card that offers 50% off your 5th visit and a free meal on your 10th! I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend.

Wow!! We had no idea what we were walking into!! It was one of the most fun experiences my fiance and I have had going out to dinner! We didn’t know what to do, we didn’t know where to start all we knew is we couldn’t walk out because it was such a warm welcoming place. Our server was SO patient he even cooked some of our food until we got the hang of it! They made us their favorite combination of seasoning and made us a hot sauce. From the food, staff, and atmosphere it’s a 5/5 all day! You don’t find all three of them things in one place very much anymore! The robot was so fun and she even came to sing happy birthday to my fiancé! Definitely an experience we will not forget and we will definitely be back soon!! I can’t remember our waiters name but he was hands down the best waiter I have had in a very long time!! Take a chance you pay for what you get and what you get is fantastic!

my husband and I went for our first visit tonight and we were blown away. the owner was super nice and explained everything, we were taken to our table by a very lovely robot cat named Bella, and the food was amazing. the owner was so so nice and welcoming and came to our table several times (mind you, she was not our server), to make sure we were well taken care of. and to top it off, i got a Bella Tshirt and they have perfume for the ladies in case you don’t wanna smell like grilled meats before leaving. we will absolutely be back!
