I ordered a 1/2 sandwich, 1/2 salad combo. I was pleased with my salad. However, my sandwich lacked meat. I ordered the club sandwich with a pickle spear. It looked like whoever prepared my sandwich pinched off a tiny piece of meat and put it in the bread. I also had 3 pieces of bread & there was nothing between 2 of the slices . Im sure my sandwich wasn’t supposes to be like that. I didn’t receive my pickle spear either.

Diamond is rude and nasty. I am not sure why her mammy named her Diamond because her attitude is equivalent to bubble gum machine jewelry. She does not know how to resolve issues that the restaurant is clearly at fault for. She would rather argue with the customer. With all of the complaints regarding lack of meat, corporate needs to step in and do something. As mad as she got at me for telling her my SpudMax was fixed incorrectly, I believe she must be stealing meat to feed her kids. Potato was as dry and meatless as her attitude.

Workers ran behind the counter and ignored us. Two went in the bathroom, and we sat at the counter for around 5 minutes before taking our order. We were the only customers in the store.
We waited for the food a long time – we were still the only customers in the store.
On top of that, the strawberries were sour and inedible. There was not enough chicken. I will avoid this store, which is unfortunate because it is a brand new store, but they need new management.

Very disappointed. Tried to do online survey instead but for some reason my transaction Id has already been used.
Spud very hard from over cooking. Second time they left off toppings that come with what I ordered. Abs the toppings I added were just thrown on top instead of being baked with the others.
The first time I ordered from here was great. Now the 2 trips after both disappointing. Also the salad was not fresh with stale croutons. I spent my money and still very hungry because they sold me garbage.

As any other McAlister just amazing no one had attitude my cashier was patient and she brought me my food and was pleasant to interact with. I’d definitely be getting this again it was so good it was the southwest chipotle chicken. The table inside and out was also clean. The question is how long will they keep this up. Otherwise the new look of the build and the location is very convenient.

I ordered a takeout of a bowl of chicken tortilla soup and pickup by curbside. I’m surprised I had was give a few tortilla chips (maybe 5-7) and about half a bowl soup (not even half the container). Also, the soup was cold and tasteless. The staff are sloppy and I had waited between 5-10mins by the curbside to pick up my order.

I’ve been to this location maybe 4 times and the customer service is terrible each time. This will be my last time going back to this location. Today I walked in, a whole group of team members at the front…. Not one greeted me. Cool that’s fine, ordered my food. Never said that I wanted to place a to-go order nor did the lady ask. She asked for my name, me not thinking anything of it I went to sit down and I heard my name being called so I looked up they made my order to-go. Well okay, that’s fine I guess I’ll just take it home and eat. I asked for a cup of honey mustard and the young lady asked would I take brown mustard instead… when I asked do they not have honey mustard she said “well it’s 0.54 cents” I’m like ummm okay no problem I can pay 0.54 cents, with confusion I’m asking myself do I look like I can’t afford 0.54 cents?? Then I get home to eat my food and open the 0.54 cent honey mustard to barely even halfway full!! The what seem to be manager/team lead was yelling at the workers in the back about she was caked up in the parking lot with her man while I was waiting to be greeted or for my order to be taken. Just highly unprofessional and very unknowledgeable staff. And might I also add, this was around 7 pm so it’s not the morning crew.
