Fast and friendly service in hr drive thru! I placed a phone order with an automated system. It worked well. It asked if I wanted a pickle but that was left off my order. Also, we didn’t receive a cookie with the kids meal. My daughter’s hot sandwich was cold and almost too hard to eat. My chicken salad sandwich and potato salad were great. Mac and cheese was the same great taste that we love. Overall a great experience!

Yesterday, I ordered a delivery order and it was wrong but the manager on the shift took my call and told me to come in when I can for a remake. I come in today at the county line store and Mrs Janee was so pleasant to deal with. This is the type of service I look for, thank you for the no hassle and this will keep me coming back!

I went here after were being on the road for 5 hours. I ordered a king club on gluten free bread with bbq chips. I waited 25 minutes in a empty restaurant. The employees had to ask the manager several times to make my sandwich. I finally received my sandwich after waiting 25 minutes. Get to my car about to grub and the God damn sandwich on 9 grain bread. I took it back and asked for a refund. It took the manager 10 minutes to refund me my money. I ask had to ak the employees to demand for her to come from the back, and she didn’t seem to know what she was doing. The manager then tried to convince me that 9 grain was gluten free. It was so painful, never again.

I ordered a 1/2 sandwich, 1/2 salad combo. I was pleased with my salad. However, my sandwich lacked meat. I ordered the club sandwich with a pickle spear. It looked like whoever prepared my sandwich pinched off a tiny piece of meat and put it in the bread. I also had 3 pieces of bread & there was nothing between 2 of the slices . Im sure my sandwich wasn’t supposes to be like that. I didn’t receive my pickle spear either.

Reuben has about half the meat as the picture and the side salad was about 90% lettuce. If not for the tea I could easily forget about McAlisters. Asking for a cup of ice is a waste of time. It’s like they think you’re asking for free food or something. Apparently they really value their ice. 7/4/23-Well, it turns out they REALLY value their ice. I tried again to get a couple of cups of ice for the drinks I ordered and they said it would be $2.00 per cup. COAC! I can get a BAG of ice for that! Kinda makes me wonder what the owner is smoking?

As any other McAlister just amazing no one had attitude my cashier was patient and she brought me my food and was pleasant to interact with. I’d definitely be getting this again it was so good it was the southwest chipotle chicken. The table inside and out was also clean. The question is how long will they keep this up. Otherwise the new look of the build and the location is very convenient.
