I enjoyed a tasty & healthy breakfast, delightful Cranberry Mule cocktail, and excellent service on a peaceful patio that faced my boarding gate — I was happy as a clam!
My pleasant morning experience there was in December 2025.

If you hate QR code ordering, then don’t come here. They use QR code ordering.
I’m fine using technology, and I found the QR system easy to use. Worked as expected. I arrived earlier in the morning so they weren’t busy.
Food met expectations for airport food at a dine-in restaurant, and it’s a full step above the quick grab and go restaurants.
My server was great! Definitely exceeded the service I expect at airports. Friendly and attentive, refilled my coffee. He was engaging with people and had a smile.
I would stop by again next time I’m at SeaTac.

In my long history of reviewing resturaunts on Google i believe this will be my first 1 star review. How disappointing. I expected prices to be high as it’s at the air port, but $30 for a burger with cheese and a tiny basket of fries? Outrageous. They also charge $14 and change for a single beer, which I passed. The gentleman next to me reported having paid $20 for a bloody Mary cocktail. You already lose 2 stars for that. The other two fell off when I bit into my food. Completely unseasoned. I don’t mean under I mean zero, on both the burger and the fries. Salt and pepper were at the table atleast, but adding them after the fact doesn’t integrate the flavor as well as seasoning while cooking. The tomato slice was also very soggy, veggies in general didn’t seem fresh. Would give it a zero if I could. I would reccomend a packaged sandwich from Starbucks or anywhere else before going here for food before your flight. Any of the cheapest fast food places in town absolutely wipe the floor with this place. I’d have been happier with a mcdouble for my same $30.

Only tried drinks at Ballard Brew Hall so can’t speak to any food. Ordering on the QR code was easy, but it did take a bit to get the drink. The atmosphere inside felt cramped and not especially inviting. Our beers were cold though!

Pros: Coffee hot and strong. Food quality and portions decent for airport food.
Cons: QR code ordering annoying. Server slow and forgot to bring sugar and cream out with coffee.

I hate QR code ordering.
Five dollars to get fries instead of chips on a $20 chicken sandwich. They are “truffle “fries which basically means they have six pieces of shredded cheese on top. Fries were way over salted. Spicy chicken sandwich was fine, nothing to write home about. Brussels sprouts has an appetizer were good. Waitress coming to our table was friendly

I kid you not when I say that they have the BEST fish and chips I’d ever eaten!! Their white fish is just so succulent, melts in your mouth, reminding you that amazing food can be found ANYWHERE. Add truffle fries to the mix and a not overwhelming tarter sauce and it’s so unforgettable. The servers were so kind and friendly, and the speed of the kitchen allowed us to catch our flight in time. Thank GOD for people who know how to make fish!! So thankful!!! I went on a cruise and this fish tasted better. Wow!!!

Ordered food here during a layover in airport. When we walked in we were not greeted but told to go sit in patio area. We ordered our water and soft drinks quickly. After ordering our food,it was about a 10 minute wait. The chicken tenders were ok…it was a really good sized portion but taste wise, kind of overly hard and more breading than chicken. The burgers were ok, but be advised they come with chips, fries are an upcharge. The fries were delish by the way! Crisp and soft and served with Parm cheese. They do not have a kids menu. There was an issue when it was time to pay with our meal vouchers. With that said, there are lots of places to choose in the airport.

Solid veggie burger and truffle fries, but why in the world did it cost $30 for a vegetarian entree, a side, and a glass of tap water (including tax and tip)? I know airport places are always steep, but this felt extreme.
The beyond meat burger was tasty but lukewarm. The truffle fries were good but didn’t taste strongly of truffle.
Probably the best option in the D concourse but definitely not a great option.
