I’ve been coming to this location for a while now and the wings are amazing, very nice and organized team , I had a little incident about getting order mix with someone else and when I got home unfortunately it was not what I was expecting, so I called the store and got it resolved, show up the the store and spoke to the manager (Brenda) and all I can say is that she not only was able to help me and get my order right but gave me outstanding customer service, she explained to me what happened and without hesitation she was able to accommodate me with a brand new order, integrity is the core value I’m giving her . Phenomenal customer service, if I was a loyal customer before, now I can promise you I will come to this location as longest I can.

Ordered Original barbecue over the phone for the hundredth time, only to get it Korean BBQ for the first time ever. I call over the phone with the food still untouched after intial bite and discovery of wrong flavor, “Can’t do anything about it, took too long to callback, sorry.” Okay… I go in person ASAP cause isn’t the customer supposed to be right? I ask for a supervisor as soon as I walk in but was then told by the same young girl who inputted my order wrong over the phone 30 minutes ago that they just left on their lunch break. Okay… So I ask her and her coworkers around her who’s next in charge. Right away fellow coworkers start pointing fingers to the young cashier girl at the very front with a dark braid and visor as the on duty supervisor, while the “other supervisor who just went on lunch” is off duty. The same girl i’m speaking too, the same girl who just told me the supervisor just left to lunch, and yes the same young girl who didn’t input my order with the right flavor, even after I tried correcting her right after she repeated back my order over the phone initially. “No, not Korean bbq, original bbq please.” Is exactly what I told her. Her explanation ultimately WORD FOR WORD was, “It’s cause to us (Wingstop) Korean bbq is our Original bbq, just like how our buffalo isn’t called buffalo, it’s called Original Hot.”… yeah I immediately just gave up, told her that this is literally the only time Original bbq has ever turned out Korean bbq for me. I told her I was sorry, that it’s my fault and that i’ll order the food right next time, and thank you. I left my food on the counter for them to keep and throw away. Walk out… bruh… Never even spoke to or saw this supposed “on lunch supervisor”… I told cashier girl that I didn’t want anyone to get in trouble for this as soon as I walked in, but seeing as to how no one took any accountability whatsoever or remotely tried to help resolve or even properly communicate my issue to the right management when I very clearly stated both over the phone and in person that there was in fact an issue, someone needs to be held accountable for this. A good meal after a long day at work ruined cause of a grace period, no on duty supervisor, and a cashier who doesn’t know the difference between Original bbq and Korean bbq. Don’t waste your time or money here. Go to the Wingstop at Imperial Beach. Trust me.

I went here for the first time looked at the price. Are people insane! Paying that price for a few wings I left not that stupid went across the street to KFC got an 8 pc meal for almost 20 dollars less than 15 wings how they stay in business is baffling

Worst wingstop in all county. On 8/11 at 10:30 pm we orderded Louisiana Wings. They were undercooked not at all crispy and almost a cup full of oil. Their combos are freaking expensive to be selling this type of quality. Do not buy from here. I just a saw review from 3 months before of another guy that was given raw wings. They should totally close this location as people can get very sick for your lack of food quality control.

Horrible place. I am from Los Angeles County and what a difference.
Small place, 6 people working and no customer acknowledgement. Food temperature cold and as, you can see my chicken did not have enough sauce. I asked for some sauce since it was there mistake and the manager that was sitting next to the cashier, with a laptop and coffee next to the register, had the audacity to say I had to pay for it. Be a real manager and make sure the employees are doing their job correctly.
My bill was $40.65 wasted money, stay away from this place.

I do not recommend this place. Recently I ordered two $16.99 meal deals containing 20 bones less wings. For my first meal I ordered 10 original hot and 10 barbecue. The wings were LACKING their respective sauces. For my second meal I ordered 10 Lemmon pepper and 10 garlic Parmesan. Instead, I received 6 wings in total for that order and from a flavor I did not ordered. I called the store and told them about my issue. A representative named Donna, told me I that I was going to receive a refund and I still have not received my refund. I been calling but none of my calls have been answered. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend this place! Staff kept checking on us to make sure everything was good with our order, or if we needed anything. They have TV,s to watch football and they also play music from your local stations.

Fries were not edible, WAY over cooked. Supposed to get 10; (5 one flavor, 5 another flavor) DID NOT receive 8 even all one flavor I did not order. Could not put in a formal survey as I got NO receipt! Then the employees were not honest!!

This establishment is deserves 0 stars for how poor the customer service is , first they all barely speak English , They are rude and arrogant, and I had to wait 45 minutes for a 20 boneless it is absolutely ridiculous, Brenda the manager is also Very unprofessional I had a missing fry and she told me thier was nothing she can do about it when I was still at the establishment. Aswell they have mice or rats because thier are rat traps and rat poop….. DISGUSTING
