I work nearby this Noodles so I’ve come here plenty of times! Their food is super good and their staff is pretty nice! Service here definitely isn’t out of this world, but it’s a very nice average and doesn’t feel pushy or desperate. The food is always good and the lobby is clean! Not much else to say. Great location!

I bought the duo the pasta bowl and the salad on the side. My salad had so much old lettuce in it. Why would you think that that was OK to give to a customer my pasta has so many chunks like they did not properly cook the pasta I will not go to this location ever again surprised they even have the rating they have.

I LOVE this place! really good food, recommend spaghetti and meatballs and the chicken Alfredo. Good atmosphere and the food takes less than 5 minutes on average. I go there so often I can just ask for the usual and they will get me what I usually get. Highly recommend if you want a quick and easy meal!

Gluten Free Review: After landing at the Minneapolis Airport, we were very hungry and decided to stop for lunch before heading to Rochester. My husband loved his noodles (normal) and I got the gluten free pipette and it was fantastic. My husband actually liked it more than his. They have a gluten free Mac and cheese on the menu which was fantastic. They also have many zucchini noodle dishes that are gluten free and you can do the gluten free pasta instead. The only disappointing thing is that unless it already had GF noodles or Zucchini noodles, they don’t have it listed as gluten free. I asked if the other pasta dishes could use the gf pasta instead of normal and make them gluten free and they said they weren’t sure. It would be awesome if they could indicate that but overall we loved it.

The staff was kind and brought my order promptly, but my to go order lacked sauce. The penne rosa was quite dry, sauce barely visible and some noodles appeared dried out. The chicken was fresh and flavorful as was the shrimp pasta and spaghetti kids meal.

Sat at the bar to eat and watched the older lady with ponytail eating out of the cooler, and she was so rude to people. She asked someone who walked up “what do you need?” Not “Hello” not “How can I help you?” As if this person was a bother to her….a paying customer…. She obviously hates her job.

This happened during my lunch 1/2 hour this week. I ordered online and showed up at the time I was given during the order. I got there and my food wasn’t ready. I waited 18 minutes and my food wasn’t ready. I told them to cancel my order as I had to get back to work and they made me late. I’ve had poor service and even poor food at this location in the past. I will not return to this particular Noodles & Co.

They are so fast here always I swear. I have been here twice this week which I don’t normally do but idk it’s been that kind of week and both times they have been so speedy. Once I did takeout the other I dined in both were enjoyable. Food was good, it tasted like noodles and company typically does. I do wish they would empty the trash can but this seems to be a company thing because I went to a noodles in Naperville and it had the same problem. Anyways The food was good and quick just what I needed. Also Liz working was super helpful!

It would be great to have a visual menu, especially for those who want to try something new or if it’s your first time. It was my first time there and surely the last. The plates looked like they had been served for 5 minutes before making it to my table. They were cold, the AC was a little too high. I just ate half of my plate and that was even to make my boyfriend feel good about the money he spent. My boyfriend’s fettuccine were a little bit undercooked but the overall plate was better than mine, more flavorful.
