First of all – the best orange chicken I’ve ever had, hands down. They give a lot of sauce, and it has just the right amount of pleasant spiciness to it. The portions are massive for the price point. I can usually get at least three meals out of an order. I try to leave a good tip, because the food seems underpriced for the size, to be honest. The rice is good, but not excellent like the chicken.
When I get food here, I genuinely plan my day around it.
The staff are courteous and efficient, with a pleasant demeanor. The one time I ate in, our server was a very welcoming and warm person.
I’d still recommend taking out though probably. The dining area is fine, but a bit dreary in my opinion. I think COVID probably hampered their dining area. There can also be an unfortunate smell, which I’m sure isn’t the fault of the restaurant because I’ve smelled it outside that area as well.
Overall, I highly recommend Orient Garden! Really great food, super nice staff, incredible value.

Their General Tso’s Chicken was incredible! If you get nothing else, just get that one! Easy to get to location with lots of choices. The ambience was beautiful inside. I highly recommend!

People are nice and the food used to be good. However, the past two times I’ve gone the sesame chicken was not good. The sauce was good but the chicken itself must be very low quality. Stringy white fibrous strands on like 70 percent of the chicken. Internet tells me that’s woody chicken breast. Growing the chicken too fast with artificial enhancements. First time I thought it was just that batch of chicken but now it’s been twice. Not great…

I already recommended this place to my sister. I don’t know about takeout, but the dine-in experience was amazing. I don’t leave too many good reviews. But this impressed me. Super nice server, full of smiles, actually Chinese, real decorative plates, no Styrofoam, and they served a PLATE of those crispy noodle crackers (like comes with soup) for FREE as an appetizer ( just like tortilla chips at a Mexican restaurant)! Food was really good too and prices were typical, not extra

This is my first time in this area and I was looking for something to eat and happened to stumble into this place. The prices and food are AMAZING! Will be returning in the future!

While most restaurants reopened their dine in service long ago since covid isn’t a pandemic anymore, I’m happy to say Orient Garden has finally reopened their dine in service rather than just having take out.
The menu isn’t as big as before, and the prices have gone up, which is understandable. They haven’t added soup back to the menu yet, but they said they will soon.
My spouse and I each got a spring roll, which was bigger than I remembered. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as good as I recall it being.
She got the shrimp and mixed vegetables, which she said was just okay, but it was a very big portion. I had the Szechuan chicken, which had tons of huge pieces of chicken, but was just okay too. We both had plenty of leftovers to bring home. It tasted much better as leftovers.
Hopefully, this was just reopening jitters cos they always had the best Chinese around.

I can only attest to the quality of the General Tso’s chicken, fried rice, and pork egg rolls because that’s all I ever get there. But the General Tso’s is the best I have ever had. Fried rice is okay, and the egg rolls are great. Service is always very friendly and expedient for pickup. Love this place.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The rice is premade. My rice was old clumpy and cold!! The meat was crunchy and chewy at the same time. I will never eat here again and I will be telling people and the health department about this. Not sure how they are still in business.

I really like Chinese food, and I regularly went to a very good place that is far from where I live, but it was worth the trip. There is a mall very close to my house and every time I passed by this Orient Garden restaurant I ALWAYS saw that it had people. The place at this time only offers take out service. Today when I was starving and not willing to drive so much to go to the other place, I decided to give this one a try. Wow! what a surprise! To start with, the prices are almost the same but with the difference that the quantity of food is greater. Chinese food is usually a bit greasy, but this turned out to be a lot less greasy. As it was not in my plans to go there, I did not order in advance and was afraid that the wait would be long. But not! only 12 min was enough. and another 5 min to drive and enjoy this rich and delicious food!

Another first! We had just left the Southpoint AMC theater seeing the new Black Panther movie and wanted to eat dinner out. Of course it was Friday and a holiday do every single place we went to there was up to a two hour wait. My sister suggested Orient Garden where we could get takeout and eat at home and I said I hope it is good. She stated it had been several years but I was not disappointed. The food was fresh, spicy and full of vegetables just like my preference. Now this place is on my “go to” list! #Yum
