E: lol one of the workers left to the back so now it’s 2 workers handling the lunch rush. Great. The person working the register is making sandwiches too without changing gloves. Disgusting.

I ordered 3 subs for delivery. All 3 of them were on the wrong bread. When I called they informed me they were out of both wheat and rosemary parm. I understand running out of food, but no on bothered to call and tell me so that I could make a choice. And when I called and asked why nobody called, I was met with silence

Jersey Mikes sends coupons to our business for subs. We frequently use these coupons for our employees. Today, we were denied to use them because they “expired” but didn’t have this issue previously with accepting expired coupons since they send them to our business in bulk regularly. Very disappointed this experience was different and had to pay for our meal in full since it was 6 days past expiration. If one person accepts them, everyone should, vice versa. We will keep this in mind for our company meals moving forward. They also didn’t offer a receipt and said they couldn’t “print one out” because it was “too far back”. We also frequently require receipts for our books. Disappointed overall.

I went to Jersey Mike’s for the first in years and as new Celiac, I appreciated that the staff are SUPER careful with cross contamination. They made sure to take the necessary precautions, from using separate knife, to changing gloves, and cleaning counters. 10/10 for service provided and for the staff being properly trained.

The best jersey mikes in town hands down. Ben and John are so awesome and very friendly! The quality was great and portion was perfect! The little things go a long way for me; smileys on the wrappers are what prompted me to leave this review 🙂 I hope they get some sort of kudos!

RAW CHICKEN!!! We ordered to go. 36 minutes before closing. We ordered 3 different sandwiches. When we got home to eat. We realized we all got the same sandwich! NO lettuce on one, and 2 were not the right sandwich at all!
To add injury to insult.. the chicken was raw!!! I realized closing time was near, but to serve RAW chicken!!!!!
I only gave 2 stars because I realize it was close to closing.

Not happy about the quality… spent $40 for our sandwiches to have basically no meat on it. You literally can not taste any meat. Bread, lettuce, and oregano is all you taste. The bread is also really hard, like it was left out of a counter all night. We will definitely not be going back to this shop.

The woman working Friday afternoon was AMAZING. I ordered a side of chicken for my dog in the car – she cooked it up, offered to put cheese on it, and put it in a container for him! We were headed out of town to celebrate the dog’s birthday and she made a great start to the weekend. I hope management reads this, recognizes her awesome customer service and gives her a raise!
