Simple basic decor, Not fancy, but delicious offerings, and super friendly proprietor. The food is fabulous with seasoning. We had crawfish pies and a Shrimp Po’boy. I had the grilled version and my colleague enjoyed dining on a fried one. Spicy sauce was available, with a vinegar base in the Louisiana tradition. The fare was Very affordable, as can be seen in the menu picture. Our choice was almost to go to a Subway sandwich shop, right next door, but CAJUN PERSUASION was calling our name, so provided substantially better character, friendly & dedicated service. We raved about the food. Next time we’re in town, we hope to find time to go back and try someof the specials. A spectacular casual lunch with a very affordable bill at the end.

The store closes at 7:30pm my friend and I drove from Baton Rouge called ahead and they told us there would be crawfish we arrived at 6:45pm. Upon arrival someone who works for the store rudely flipped us off and told us to leave. We are people of color. I am apprehensive to return and spend my money here.

I wish the place was bigger, a lot of people do come here! The food was 3/5. I ordered a shrimp po boy, but their ketchup tastes weird. Id bring my own HEINZ tbh. Their ketchup made the whole sandwich taste weird, and the fries.. There is No ketchup or mustard on the tables.. So I had gotten my food minutes before I had to stand in line for almost ten minutes to ask for ketchup.. We also ordered the Combo box, Turkey necks was good and spicy.. Corn was not good, and could’ve been cooked longer.. It tasted like nothing, and I love corn I was sad.. Sausage was okay, and the eggs are okay. The garlic butter sauce is also OKAY.
For the amount of people I think they need to hire more employees, the man alone took our order plus the 20 people who were coming in after us.. He was definitely getting it done though! Nice place. I may or may not go back.. Everything was just okay.. Crawfish is also $16 a pound, now that is insane!

Sooooo I stopped in for my 1st time for crawfish someone said they have the best for $10.50 since a pound all I got was mushy soft crawfish, tried to call back multiple times to tell the lady and no answer, it’s like she knew it was me calling . WASTED MY HARD EARNED MONEY THEY DONT BE CARING THOUGH . Never GOING BACK

Been here a few times and Sal has always taken good care of us. The shrimp are huge and the crawfish have a deep spicy flavor. The fries are pretty outstanding too. If there’s a line, it’s worth the wait.

This is one of my new favorite places for crawfish! If you like SEASONED crawfish, do come give them a try. I must warn you they are spicy but not the kill ya kind of spicy. I’d say it goes well with the seasonings.

The seafood here is pretty decent, but overpriced. Aside from that one of the guys who works the counter is so rude. That was my second encounter with him, I won’t be back there’s way better seafood at other places with the customer service to match.
