Recently went there for the 1st time last Friday & was so impressed that I returned the next evening!! Food was absolutely DELICIOUS! Staff was so friendly, especially our waiter, Jay, who happened to wait on us both nights. Decore is very warm & inviting. And cocktails were superb! I live in Worcester & do have a local spot I enjoy but I def see myself making the trip to Bamboo Garden. It’s worth the drive 110%!

The menu is eclectic. There’s japanese, chinese, and then bizarrely a good bit of traditional new England fare thrown in as specials. It’s all pretty tasty though, especially with a cold beer. The prices are excellent so if you’re looking for somewhere to have a nice lunch this is a good choice.

Aside from the dated atmosphere, the food is delicious. Sushi was creative, well-portioned, and tasty. The sweetheart roll was one of our favorite’s, and heart shaped. The Chinese food was very good!

I was at Bamboo Garden for a function with buffet service. There were often waits for food and utensil refills. I also wouldn’t call the food very good, and it caused me some stomach issues for 24 hours afterwards.
Strangely, the restaurant had duck sauce on the buffet table but did not provide any soy sauce until I asked that some bottles be brought to the tables. Also, there weren’t enough servers assigned to the function so they were always in the weeds getting drinks and providing other services.

I decided to try takeout from here recently since I didn’t feel like driving 30 minutes to my usual spot. The woman who took my order over the phone was very friendly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the food itself was a big disappointment. The rice didn’t resemble traditional Chinese-style rice at all, and the Kung Pao chicken was overwhelmingly spicy. I didn’t even feel comfortable trying the beef and broccoli after that. Worst of all, I ended up feeling extremely sick later that night.

This place has Awsome vibes. Nice 2 sit outside enjoying the over view of the res. The staff is very friendly and attentive . The drinks well worth the $$. They pack a punch. This ways a great way 2 start of my 15year anniversary nite.
