This location has some of the rudest and most entitled employees and drivers in the city. One employee constantly parks in handicap spaces even though he is fully capable of walking. Another regularly blocks the fire lane with a Tesla. Corporate is nearly impossible to reach, and their online complaint system is frustrating and ineffective. Completely unacceptable and unsafe behavior.
Management should do their job and enforce policy accordingly and ensure these employees abide by the laws. Next step is letting the local news know.

The drivers at this Domino’s are constantly parking in handicap spots and fire lanes. Not only is it rude and inconsiderate, but it’s also unsafe and illegal. They’re old enough to know better, and the fact that management allows this behavior is just as bad. If this is how they treat the community, it makes you question what other shortcuts they’re comfortable with. Do better.

I had done doordash and since store still utilize to use their courier, I must say they have two best couriers. One went above and beyond to make the delivery right one night and it was late ( the DD app took care of it) so she deserved added tip in person. So I love stores who utilize their own couriers because it guarantees your order will arrive. I utilize the Dominos app as well. Good point rewards.

I ordered a pizza for delivery through the Domino’s App. I forgot to update my address. I then tried to call this location over ten times in a 45-minute period to update the information and cancel the order and NO ONE ANSWERED. I do not understand how you can run a restaurant business and not answer the phone. I was then told by young lady from a different Domino’s location that this location is privately owned. Hmmm, interesting. I would not want to run a business in the way this location is run. I really hope that the owner takes better care of the employees and future customers moving forward. I am thankful there are other locations who treat their customers right!

I always order here and tonight, I saw my order was delivered and he said he handed it to someone and it was the wrong house. When I called they said oh we can remake it but it will be another 45 min. All they offered was a “credit” no other help. This is ridiculous, I never had this problem. And the manager was quite rude it ain’t my fault you can’t read a correct address. Couldn’t even offer to make it right but a “credit” um ok. A credit for what? B.S service. Won’t be ordering here again.

My boyfriend ordered food and it was never delivered. They refused to refund him stating that someone must’ve stolen the pizza. We know for a fact 100% that it was not delivered to the correct apartment. We were clear on what the address was and it was already not the best day…Now for a company to outright steal $30 from a customer that never got anything from the transaction is absolutely unacceptable. We will never eat from this company anywhere ever again!!

This store doesn’t even deserve 1 Star, I’m constantly calling and having to complain because of the lack of quality in which my food was made… the only reason I like the pizza is because they put garlic on the crust well this is about the 5th time I’ve gotten my pizza half assed yes they attempted to put garlic this time but they only made it on at least 1 slice….. Casey is always trying to cut me off and think shes right….. and states the fact that she has go take a picture of the food before she sends it off, I mean do you but we wouldn’t have this problem if you would make my order correctly I never asked for you to not garlic it, so make it right. And then I’m trying to tell Casey about my order and she thinks I’m talking out of mid air, they put NOODLES in my stuffed bread and they added bacon on one of my pizzas which is disgusting because we dont do pork….. I AM SO SICK OF THIS STORE GET IT TOGETHER AND GET CASEY OUT OF THERE.

Well evidently the local owners don’t care what their corporate leaders say as I never got the promised call.
Update: after not getting anywhere locally I sent complaint to corporate support and they said they would send everything to the franchise owner. Weeks later I have not heard anything from anyone.
After trying to order a pizza from a competitor but finding it closed I chose to go to dominoes again. It was estimated to be ready around 09:48. I arrived and there were only 2 pizzas in the self serve warmer. Absent were any names I looked at the order receipt and found it was 2 12” hand toss pizzas; extra ham.
Prior to leaving I did a Quick Look at the pizza on top and once in my car I ate a slice. After I got home I put 3 additional slices on a plate and ate them over the course of the night. Several hours later when I was getting ready to go to bed I went to put the rest of the pizza away. That is when I learned that the employees provided me the wrong order. By then it was most likely 4 or 5 am.
The following evening I called to complain and was told nothing could be done at this late date. I told her that I purchased it the prior evening less than 24 hours ago. I told her that I had the entire pizza and had not eaten any of it. She said nope and almost inferred that I could had found that pizza and I was lying about the whole incident just to get the refund. I asked for a number that I could send a picture of it and I did.

I have ordered from here twice (CURBSIDE PICKUP) in the evening. While waiting in the pick up area, after responding to the text that I am HERE, no one comes out. I wait 15-20 minutes while workers stand around doing nothing but talking. A gentleman saw me and was pointing at my vehicle and instead of bringing my order he continued to talk to the girl on the register. (10/14/25) As I went inside to get my order the people were rude and said they were busy but I watched them the whole time and they did not seem busy, there wasn’t any customers. I do curbside pickup because I have an infant and can’t make my way inside. If this place can’t do curbside why offer it!!
