Not usually one to leave reviews but my husband and little girl came here to try their crepes and hot chocolate, we spent about $50+ dollars for mid food and terrible service. There are little kids running around behind the counter which was chaotic, we never got so much as greeting. The lady behind the counter was talking rudely with her staff poor guys looked nervous and miserable as hell. They also did not acknowledge anyone over the counter. We asked if we could have our food as dine in and we still had it packed up to go. Overall their food quality was not great, the atmosphere was even less and well I’ve already explained the service.

Tell me why I just paid 18$ for some chocolate covered strawberries expecting the best dessert ever but no. I get my 18$ cup and take a bite of the strawberries. I literary GAGGED when I bit into a mushy border-line rotten strawberry. It was repulsive. Like for 18$ the strawberries aren’t even fresh? It was like if you left you strawberries in the the sun on a hot summer day and let them turn into a slimy, mushy, slurry. The strawberries would literary fall off the fork if you lifted it up. Like bro.. Not to mention this is the third time coming here and its been like this.

The best dessert spot in Pittsburgh comes together with the best pizza shop in the city to make an awesome combo! We all really enjoyed the waffles and crepes, I was happy with the cook, amount of toppings and chocolate, etc. I highly recommend stopping in!

I am so upset i paid 30.00 for two cups of strawberries! The stuff wasnt even layered they just throw it all ontop of the strawberries it’s not worth it. Not to mention the piece of straggly hair inside of it. I really wish i could get my money back I’ll never go there again!

I purchased a dubai chocolate cup and it definitely did not look like the pictures in the good reviews for this location. I had SOME strawberries, SOME kaitaiffi all by itself which wasnt mixed into the pistachio cream so it was like biting into crushed up linguine noodles. It was fine after you mixed it in yourself with the little pistachio cream you’re given. The chocolate was good though. Right as the woman was finishing up the crepe we ordered, she sucked on her thumb through her gloves………… For paying $40 on 2 items, that was a hard pass for me. I had high hopes for this place and it was just an odd experience overall. I did appreciate the self-serve kiosk, though.

I’ve ordered from Uber Eats before, but this was my first time ordering to take out. The kids at the counter didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in — he was too busy talking to his friend. The service was extremely slow, and the girl helping me seemed to be in a bad mood. I understand they’re young, but they’re being paid to do a job — not to gossip and ignore customers without even saying hello.

We got the Pistachio, chocolate, and strawberry cup. It was good but it was 90% strawberries. I understand you got to make money but we barely got any toppings. The machine they make you use too makes you tip them. Sooo $18 for a cup of strawberries with a little stuff on them, kinda sad.
