I am just going to let the pictures speak for themselves. One picture is the outside of the bagel wrapper with some sticky substance all over it. The bagel hardly had any cream cheese. And the s’mores coffee hardly had any cream and had grounds in the bottom. It wasn’t the first time my coffee has been like that. But I thought I’d give it a second try. I’m sorry Dunkin, but this is a huge fail.

I visited Dunkin Donuts on Woodruff on December 14th at approximately 12:30 PM. Upon entering, I noticed the cashier wiping his eyes and face and expressing that he was tired. This behavior is quite unsanitary and concerning. I have provided the date and time for reference, and I encourage you to review the surveillance footage if necessary. It is unacceptable for an employee to handle food while exhibiting such behavior. Additionally, what is the purpose of wearing gloves if they are touching everything and then handling food without changing them? I urge you to address these cleanliness issues and improve the standards in your establishment. Thank you.

I go through the drive through 3-4 times a week with a mobile order on the way to work at around 6 am. I am always greeted by Rebecca and another staff member. They are so kind. Even when there is a line in the drive through they move quickly. I changed to this Dunkin from the one on grove road (closer to my work) for the better experience.

The WORST Dunkin Donuts experience I’ve ever had in my entire life!!!! The cashier was so RUDE And forgot half my order and I truly believe she deliberately did what you see in the bottom of my coffee cup. I truly wish I could remember her name Nu St t so I could blast her on here and I rarely give bad reviews or talk bad about ppl (just look for yourself on my past reviews). I only remember that she was white, short with brown hair and a terrible attitude!!!?

My husband and I stopped by the other day during the evening and a young lady who is an employee, was displaying some odd behavior. She sat on a man’s lap outside the store and it was honestly appalling. I don’t want to see that when I’m trying to get a coffee, trashy. I will be going to the dunkin donuts in mauldin instead.

Once again proving this is the worst Dunkin’ in the upstate. I ordered a macchiato and when I got it it was basically WHITE. I asked for a remake with alittle more espresso. Then I was forced to listen to how she made it right and I just need to order a latte next time if I want more coffee. Someone needs to educate these girls…and the manager. I wish I woulda taken a picture of my drink before it got mixed. I just said okay and took my poorly remade drink and left.
