Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Herndon, VA is your typical chicken fast-food place that serves to order. On this occasion, I felt like eating Popeyes for a change. I wanted fried spicy chicken and this location delivered on my request. I was kind of surprised this location did not offer dine in, it’s not a big location, but there is plenty of space for dining inside. Unfortunately, it wasn’t open for that only take out. However, be that as it may, this facility was immaculate, so clean you could eat if the floor, literally. It was quiet because I was the only one, but the staff in the backwas working diligently, which exclaims why my food was delivered within minutes, piping got and ready for me to go. Given that we’re in a state of pandemic, this location still warrants a visit from us community as they are maintaining the social distancing standards and delivering a great meal, although on the exorcism side these days.

I don’t like to sit there with my family, so most of the time just go for carry out.
A couple of times they put the wrong items, but when I got home I noticed, so not getting back to complain. Now I check my order before getting out of this store to be sure about the correct things.

Staff is unprofessional, mostly kids working here that don’t pay attention. They had messed up a few of my orders but today was the worst mess up as they put bacon on my chicken sandwich when I had just placed a mobile order for a simple chicken sandwich. I don’t eat pork!
