I was missing my kids sandwich. Came back in. Ordered a coffee and a muffin for myself while I wait for it to get fixed. Manager took care of my coffee and muffin, and the wait wasn’t even long enough to fill my coffee cup. 10/10. Mistakes happen. They went above and beyond to make sure to fix it. I really appreciate all of the staff there. I hadn’t been to Panera in a few years. And the cashier was super friendly helping me through the menu.

3/29/2022: Decided to try breakfast for the first time at Panera. My daughter and I both ordered the Chipotle Chicken, Scrambled Egg & Avocado Wrap and the Madagascar
Vanilla Lattes. Like my previous review, there was barely any chicken on these wraps. Still we agreed that the wraps were delicious and we would order them again. The lattes were decent enough, but we agreed we preferred the Madagascar Vanilla Iced Latte better.
2020: I was a fan of Panera from first bite so many years ago at the Kildeer/Deer Park location. Service and food was always spot on. I have been coming to the Woodstock Panera for the past few years. While the service itself has been pretty good, I have often ended up with cold food when ordering for pick up. Also, not sure if it is this location alone or all Paneras, but they really seem to skimp on the chicken on everything we order. Because of this, Panera is a bit pricey. I can get so much more food at Cafe Zupas for the same price…unfortunately there isn’t a Zupas close by.
Favorite Panera items: Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, Toasted Frontega Chicken, Baja Chicken Bowl, Mediterranean Bowl with Chicken, Pastry Ring, Bear Claw, and Lemon Drop Cookies.

Tucker was incredibly kind and helpful! I couldn’t figure out how to change my order to carry out and when I came in he was so nice and packed my order up quickly with a genuine smile. It made me feel very welcome even after my embarrassing mistake.

Undeniably delicious food and so health conscious! No gluten free bread which I don’t look for it but I know many do. They offer one gluten free cookie which is delicious for anyone who’s wondering. I wouldn’t call it fast food. Very healthy and pretty pricey and the Woodstock Illinois location delivers the food like table service. Friendly staff and all-around great despite the sometimes long wait for food

Ordered a half sandwich with soup. It was a circle loaf of bread. We got the ends of the bread so the size of the sandwich was a quarter of the size. Not worth $20. Why would you use a circle loaf of bread it gets smaller from the center out. So someone gets a normal sized sandwich and everyone else gets to pay the same amount for a tiny sandwich. Not right.
