Worst service because of the manager. Ordered pizza and breadstick on 12/19. Paid extra for 2 more pizza sauces and 2 garlic butter. My boyfriend picked it up. Not only did we not get the extra sauces that I paid for we didn’t even get the one that comes with the. Breadsticks. I called and the manager on duty was extremely rude. She stated that we are supposed to grab the sauce ourselves. Seriously! No apology nothing. Id recommend a new manager or some serious training!

I ordered crazy bread and a pepperoni pizza with crazy bread crust. The bread did not come crazy, but the pizza sure was. The pizza was smothered in garlic and Parmesan, but the breadsticks had no parm or butter on them really. Which worked out because the pizza was so overwhelming garlicky that we needed the bread as a palate cleanser. Not sure what happened here but sure won’t be ordering crazy crust from this location. I have ordered from Byron center and 36th street location several times it’s bad. Pizza is always under cooked. How am I supposed to eat raw pizza or give it to my kids. When I showed them no apology just a roll of the eyes. This location needs someone from little Caesars corp to fix it . They giving your pizza a bad name. Looks like they are putting the bare minimum of cheese on the pizza . The oven is either broken or needs maintenance. They are consistently bad I would order from the Chicago drive location.

It was Veterans day today went to get my free Lunch Box as I do every year. The young lady at the counter said oh and yeah walked in the back as if she was going to get it but never came back. Then a young man came to the counter and just looked at me and said I am here to get the Veterans day lunch box he looked at me and walked over and grabbed the pizza put it the counter and pushed forward and mumbled something. He was so rude and appeared to be annoyed with me . Worst service ever at this Lil Caesars.

We’ve eaten here on and off for a few years because it’s close and cheap. It’s never great, but usually not horrible. This time it was so burnt the cheese is crunchy, and I’m pretty sure they forgot to put any pizza sauce on it because none of us can taste it. I’ll probably stop eating here because their crazy bread has gradually been getting worse with less and less butter and parmesan.
