Such a cute friendly coffee sandwich shoot that I stumbled on! I picked up muffins for a meeting with clients. The staff was so nice, there were no more blueberry muffins in the case, the young woman working at the counter quickly offered to go to the kitchen and see if there might be one more and there was!

First of all, EXCELLENT breakfast sandwiches. The staff was helpful, friendly, and patient as I debated what to order. Counter service was quick and the NY-deli-like atmosphere plus shaded and sunny outdoor seating were the perfect way to start our Cape mornings. We went three days in a row! My friend liked the sweet roll for hers, I enjoyed the English and the loaded avocado toast. Tip well and don’t be a jerk.

Humble/rustic atmosphere, delicious food, friendly staff. Great place to stop in for a quick bite. Fresh and tasty ingredients – loves the chicken wrap and Berry smoothie. There is a beautiful outdoor eating area and loads of beautiful statues all over the property. Great for kids!

If you are looking for an eatery that has a modern menu like avocado toast and panini sandwiches, with reasonable prices then this place is worth the stop! We stopped for breakfast and I had an avocado toast with what I would call spicy salad on top and scrambled eggs on the side. It was surprising and tasty! Another in my party had an excellent egg, cheese, meat sandwich. The winner was the gigantic 3 stack blueberry pancakes! The comment heard on that one, was we are coming back for that again! Another winning surprise was the bacon, it looked a little greasy at first glance, but man was it good with just the right amount of crispiness.
Oh, and the expresso coffee was great! The staff was friendly.

I was in the mood for avocado and got the BLAT. I made the right choice. It was good. Side note, they do bacon right!

Cafe Alfresco is an excellent breakfast & lunch spot owned and run by passionate professionals. The food is amazing and is made with love. During a morning rush, you need to exert some patience, GREAT FOOD takes time and it’s totally worth the short wait. Additionally their coffee, latte and mocha drinks are amazing. I also enjoy looking at the art from different artist on their walls. Thanks for running a great business. P.S. the avocado toast is simply amazing!!

Breakfast and Lunch Sandwiches are Excellent. Iced Coffees Good. No Cold Brew though.
Place always appears closed as they don’t keep their signs plugged in (although, I do plug them in when I go in, sorry.. not sorry). Plenty of space to sit and eat.

I have visited Cafe Alfresco several times for lunch and never been let down. The T.C which is a chicken saltimbocca sandwich is my favorite and was good my brother and I ended up ordering a second. We go it with their hot peppers on it which are also to die for. The hot peppers or mild definitely adds a nice kick to your sandwich with great flavor (you can also buy the peppers for your fridge at home). The service was A+ and the girls were very helpful in deciding what sandwich to try off the special board (The Brandino which was grilled chicken with pesto). This place is a hidden gem and if you haven’t been….go try it.
