I’m sharing this mainly to offset the negative reviews to are completely out of pocket I’ve come here many times over the past month as I’m local to the area and the overall ambiance and food and drink service have yet to disappoint me – and I’m generally a pretty picky person. I’ve come across nothing but polite, courteous professionals. I’ve come in looking like a scrub bucket and still was treated perfectly fine. Their bruschetta is DEVINE. Their corn dip is missing some seasonings but is still solid for a state that’s not meant for corn dip. Margherita flatbread? Full win. Charcuterie board? Solid cheese, great portion. Point being, I’m a fat kid at heart, and I love trying new things and I’ve had just about everything on the menu at this point. They’re pricy, sure – but if you don’t like it, go somewhere more affordable. Anyways, 10/10. You should go.

Beyond disappointed in the lack of service tonight. This is one of my favorite bars in the city and tonight’s service really made me question it and question if we come back. The waiter came to our table somewhat quickly and told us he would give us a minute with the menu. 15 minutes later, he finally took our drink order. 10 minutes later, a different waitress brings our drinks. Though both of them walked by our table 30+ times after that, dropping our drinks off was the last time either of them stopped to check up on us. Over 30 minutes of them walking by, looking at our menus on the table but never stopping to take our food order. Finally, after about 45 minutes of being there, we watched our waiter grab his jacket, say goodbye to his coworkers and then walk out for the night without so much as a word to us. The other waitress continuing to walk by us until I eventually just give her my card and ask to cash us out since we were clearly not going to be getting any service tonight. The bar tender seemed to be on the ball and did make great drinks and that is the ONLY reason a second star was given tonight. Very disappointed in what I once called my favorite bar.

I had such a great experience here! Claire, the manager, truly stands out. She’s incredibly nice, very professional, and you can tell she works hard to make sure everything runs smoothly. She has a great way of making guests feel welcome and taken care of. The rest of the staff is also friendly, attentive, and always ready with a smile, which really adds to the warm atmosphere.
The bar itself has an amazing view of both the harbor and the city. I also love that they have live music, which creates such a fun and inviting vibe. Between the great service, the beautiful location, and the lively atmosphere, this place is an absolute gem. Highly recommend!

I did not order any food. However, I came here with a date on Saturday night for some drinks. There was a live music event happening, which was a “ticketed event”, but the hostess found us a seat anyway. Very grateful. The waiters were friendly, and clearly busy but still provided excellent service. I have co-workers and friends who have been here and have enjoyed it as well. Definitely recommend.

I was there for a work trip. And, us guys sat at the bar, obviously. I really just want to shout out to Claire for being the most spectacular bartender/mixologist! She was amazing! I forget the name, but this blue cheese martini! The way she made it, absolutely fantastic and unique, to me at least. Instead of blue cheese stuffed in the olive, it was infused in the vodka.
Other, than being able to handle us at the bar, she was truly amazing! Prompt and she knew what she was talking about. Amazing.
The Top of the East vibe was also fantastic with city views and sunset views. Just absolutely gorgeous! I would definitely recommend having a drink with Claire and just watch the sunset.

Stopped by for pre-dinner cocktails and to enjoy the great view. Good drinks and excellent service from Lizzy who was very attentive but not intrusive. Enjoyed our time there.

The food is not great but this place is amazing for atmosphere and drinks. I don’t know who the short girl with curly brown hair is but I felt the way she approached me as I was leaving was inappropriate she was asking me awkward questions. I don’t know if this is her first serving job but you probably shouldn’t go up to another waitresses customer after they paid the bill and are obviously putting there jacket on to leave and ask them why they are standing. and then when I told her I was just debating on what I should do she asked me if I needed help in a condescending tone. I felt like I was being rushed out which I really didn’t appreciate.. I would recommend etiquette training. I’m a local and I’ve been a frequent customer here for over a decade and I was disappointed with the food as it has been exceptional in the past but the piano and saxophone performers were a nice added touch and it seemed that the other patrons were in great spirits enjoying their time. This has always been one of my favorite spots in town and I would still recommend to anyone who is looking for a great view and sophisticated atmosphere.
