The closing crew on Sunday 12/7 was spectacular. I got in the drive thru at 855pm, 5 mins before close after being so busy all day and not getting a chance to eat. I was somewhat expecting some attitude and irritation since it was so close to their closing time. I was met with kindness, patience and hot delicious French dips! In 2025 it seems what I was expecting is the norm nowadays… however I’m happy to report that I was very pleasantly surprised by their patience and kindness! 5 stars all around!

Located in the Crossings shopping center on Crossings Blvd. in Spring Hill, this restaurant is clean and provides kind service. Our meals were prepared in less than five minutes from the time we ordered. We had the Toasted Italiano sandwich and Balsamic Chicken Greens with Grains salad. Both were tasty. Be sure to sign up for their rewards program with a phone number to earn free rewards. The rest of this review is more towards the company as a whole. I don’t like that we’re asked to tip when we have to go get our own food at the counter. It’s also extremely disruptive to have the vibrating buzzers going off throughout the restaurant to announce a meal is ready. We’re trying to eat a calm meal after a long day of work. Buzzers continually going off in a VERY loud way is not enjoyable.

Big difference between Alabama and Tennessee locations. I am glad my friend brought me here. I ordered medetitenian salad with chicken and really liked it. Portion is big, veggies fresh, chicken meat soft, lady at front desk friendly and helpful. All place is well organized and welcoming.

Found some sort of paper clip in half on my sandwich when I got a chance to eat at work today. Truly a great birthday present. Another Spring Hill Classic.

We placed an order online which was honestly difficult. If you didn’t place the order immediately it would disappear and if you had a many modifications as we did that would become frustrating and it happened like 3 separate times. As we got there to pick our order I waited by the rapid pick up and order was not in designated area despite the screen beside stating it was ready. I looked over and seen our order I proceed to ask if this is where I pick it up and they said yes and continued to wait as they continued with what they were doing.. I then said I’m here to pick up an order after a couple minutes and got my order. Overall customer service wasn’t too bad. When we finally here home and get ready to eat I notice half of the paid for added ingredients were not in there and then we found what looked like either a dead fly or gnat in our salad. Experience was trash will never come back. Please make sure you aren’t accidentally eating bugs either!

We were on the road and searching for a good bread for breakfast the next day, Panera is always a great choice. A large loaf of Country Sourdough will be delicious toasted with butter and local jelly. Area residents in Lawrenceburg are Franklin TN are so lucky to have about 18 Paneras to choose from.

So the food tastes fine, but their portions are so off if you get takeout! The soup cups are sometimes only half filled (see pic) and the sandwiches barely ever have a normal amount of meat or toppings (see pic). However when you eat in the portions seem to be okay. Just be really wary when getting takeout!

They were so nice and friendly. They helped me with my gift card when other restaurants couldn’t. The food was awesome and delicious.

I have been there very few times when they haven’t messed up my order, been slow on service, or even last time when I received moldy cream cheese. They are quick to offer to fix or give additional accommodations which are appreciated. However it is most likely that the first time will be incorrect.

I have had the steak and wake at least 6 times in the past week. This is by far the most disappointing sandwich I have had. Obviously, someone doesn’t care about quality. Please do better.
