Ordered on the app, went right through the Drive Thru, two hot drinks and two scones were ready within minutes. Great, friendly service. Can’t afford it regularly, but it sure is a nice treat on a cold winter day.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Horrible Experience at Caribou Coffee!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I went through the drive-through at this Caribou expecting a simple, well-made hot chocolate. Instead, I was handed a sad, watery excuse for a drink that tasted like someone waved a cocoa bean over a cup of warm milk and called it a day.
I politely asked for it to be remade—because, you know, paying actual money means I should get something remotely drinkable—but instead of fixing the issue professionally, the person on the intercom snapped at me. Seriously? Customer service 101: don’t be rude when someone asks you to fix your mistake.
After waiting again, they handed me another cup, and guess what? It was just as bad. At this point, I don’t know if they just have no idea how to make hot chocolate or if they were intentionally messing with me. Either way, I ended up with a twice-failed, watery mess and a terrible experience to match.
Save your time, your money, and your patience—go somewhere else unless you enjoy being served attitude with a side of disappointment.

It is an awkward drive-through, but it is a drive-through, I encourage everybody to walk in and go back into the restaurant since Covid, it’s so much easier, the service is fast, and you won’t get stuck in the line outside! The dark hot chocolate is a favorite, so if you haven’t had their dark, give it a try! Also, it’s wheelchair accessible and I took a picture of the dining area so you could see how easy it is to get in adaptive equipment.

This is a Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bagels all in one place. There was fast and friendly service. The tables could be better cleaned and bussed quicker. There also isn’t an area to drop off used baskets.

This was my first time having Caribou Coffee, as in the actual coffee. I’ve had their ice cream from the grocery store before, but they don’t have any actual stores in Texas, where I live. Absolutely blew my mind. I love this place. Just straight up delicious. Much better than Starbucks could ever be. The drive through was a little tight for a full size pickup truck, but that was a me problem. Wonderful place, wonderful staff.

This location has a very busy drive thru, which leads to rushed drink-making. The last couple of times I’ve been here, my cappuccino has looked like a latte, and my companion’s drink hasn’t come with the extra espresso shot ordered.
I’d rather wait in line a few extra minutes for the baristas to make each drink order perfectly. We look forward to a foamy cappuccino and strong campfire mocha when we splurge on Caribou.

I love the service, the products, and the environment, but this place offers no recycling. They throw away everything. Come on guys, get with the times. Mpls has a wonderful recycling program.
