I ordered a milkshake and paid on a online order. The employee told me that they were out of ice cream. He stated that he could not refund my money and that I would have to wait. Three weeks later and I’m still waiting. I stopped by 2 days ago and asked if they had ice cream and he said the machine is broken and that don’t expect another one for about a month. I’ve had some good experiences here and some not so good.

Placed an order on the app. Received confirmation yet when I arrive to pick it up im told oh we decided to close early and didn’t make that order. Too bad. Then inform me I have to wait 5-7 business days for my refund. Worker was extremely rude. No apologies. No care.

I have been going to this place for over forty years and they still have one consistent problem that never gets solved. They short me items in the drive through. It doesn’t happen with the dine-in and the food is always hot and fresh. I just wish they would teach the workers to count burgers and fries when they put them in the bag for takeout.

It’s so frustrating to constantly not receive the things you pay for. I don’t really understand how it’s so hard. We were very excited to try the new churro fries. 2 chocolate sauces were included. We did not get them. We also PAID for 4 bbq sauces and didn’t receive those either. So sick of incompetent people. I am not one to complain about this stuff.. at all. But when it’s EVERY single time, it’s quite irritating.
