That’s no NY bagel. Shoprite offers better bagels than this place. HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE, DON’T PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE AND EXPECT IT TO BE DONE ON TIME OR BE ACKNOWLEDGED WHEN YOU GET TO THE PICK UP WINDOW. CT needs an actual NY brand like Bagel Emporium to open up in the area for a good bagel experience.

The WORST Bagelman location I’ve ever been to!! Ordered two sandwiches in the app.. I asked for gluten free bagel and they put the sandwich on bread. Instead of having them remake it I was ok with taking a bagel only. My husband goes back inside for the bagel and comes out saying they’re only taking cash today. Goes back inside and they have no ATM to actually get the cash. We don’t have cash. I end up ordering a single bagel through app. After waiting in line they still sent him to pickups so someone could check off a box and place the bag on the pickup counter. The bagel they gave us was FROZEN couldn’t even cut into it. Would any of them eat a frozen bagel? I ended up eating the other half of my husbands sandwich after running in 5x and there was cheese on it even when I specified in the notes what should have only been on sandwich. Bunch of incompetent backwards people. No care for the customer and selfishly taking cash only for Xmas?? You’re better off driving to Brookfield or Mill Plain because the bagels aren’t “fresh” at this location. Also make sure you have cash on you for when they feel like taking cash home instead.

i love bagleman and order from here all the time. unfortunately today my food was not even edible! i spent $12 on a chicken cutlet sandwich just for the chicken to be so tough i couldn’t eat it! i couldn’t even rip it apart, can’t believe they were even able to cut it. just a waste of my $$
update: got avocado toast today and it laughable that they didn’t put all the ingredients! i use to love them but i’m really starting to get pissed! top pic is what it shows on the app with a list of the ingredients bottom pic is what i got! just avocado and 3 tomatoes

Ask for scrambled eggs, so overcooked they were inedible. Very dry. No salt and pepper or butter which I ordered and payed extra for. Just cheap oil and sadness
Beware. It’s only $0.50 but I asked for a small fry that was labeled $3 on the visual LCD menu boards watching it rung up on the pos display it said 3.50. I brought it to the manager and the cashier’s attention. Neither of them seem surprised and they both told me I’d be paying the $3.50 if I wanted the fries. Then they use the excuse that the board needed to be updated which is complete BS because it’s just as easy to update the menu board as it is to update the cashier system. It’s the kind of fraud you do when you think your customers are stupid. Please somebody open a place around here that makes fresh bagels and values customers. I’m sure you would do well

They have good breakfast sandwiches and coffee. In the mornings there is usually a bit of a wait but they are quick. Some of the staff there are so rude and lack customer service skills but its ok because you are in and out in no time.

I placed an online order for pick up. I arrived in the provided ETA window and still had to wait 20+ minutes in the store for my order to be prepared. I was lapped by every other online order and walk-in customer. I asked for an update on my order, and was told they were just wrapping up the food, yet I still waited 5 more minutes before I received it.

THE BEST DELI!! Meat is cut fresh to order. Everything is fantastic. Bagels and breads made daily. The staff are always nice, the place is very clean, there is nothing bad to say. It gets busy, because it is no secret what a gem this place is. Enjoy and leave a review to help this business continue to thrive.
