I stopped by this Subway for lunch, and I had an amazing experience. Keri, the general manager, remembered that I have an allergy to certain ingredients. Without me even asking, she made sure her crew changed their gloves before making my sandwich so there was absolutely no exposure to the foods I’m allergic to.

That level of care, attention to detail, and genuine professionalism truly sets this location apart. I live in Springfield, but I would rather drive thirty minutes to visit this Subway than go to the ones near me. The way Keri and her team look out for me makes every visit safe, enjoyable, and absolutely worth the extra drive.

Thank you, Keri, for consistently going the extra mile and making sure I can enjoy my meal with confidence. Your dedication does not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate everything you do.

My son and I got two subs to go. When we got home he noticed a black spot on the bottom of his bread that had hairs stuck in it. It looked like the bread might’ve fallen on the ground or somebody put the bread where it didn’t belong. We cut that piece of the bread out and he ate the rest of it (cautiously) but it was absolutely a gross thing to see on food.

When we contacted them about this the email reply from corporate was simply “Thanks for letting us know. We will keep an eye on it.”

We often avoid this location because they always seem understaffed and it usually takes a long time to get anything. Probably won’t be going back anytime soon after this experience.

We used to not go to Subway, but since a gal named Keri started working there it has completely transformed the atmosphere. She’s so welcoming and kind every time we come in, And she always is very attentive to any allergies or special requirements (That nearly every child has ) – love it now!

had 2 mobile orders, one to pick up at 7:40 and the other at 7:44, went in at 7:38 and the order had barely been started. i saw the manager Keri, standing around not doing any or the orders when i pulled in so i waited for them to not have been started. i left to sit in my car then went into the drive through. there was as another guy and the manager in the back doing only who knows what because i went into the drive through and the lady infront of me wasn’t even getting started after 5-7 minutes so i pulled out and saw someone who was a walk in got their food before me along with a lady who walked in and had her mobile orders for after me. i finally got the food just for there to not be a bag for 2 sandwiches per order. so i had to carry them out of the store with no bag after seeing someone else walk out with a bag. i got home yo find out that the sandwiches had not been done properly. some sandwiches were toasted, too much meat, didn’t taste right. i blame the manager more then the girl because she seemed to be new, im very disappointed in Keri the manager for not helping out her staff who had 3 mobiles, and 3 people in the lobby by herself. the girl was very sweet. i used to work there knowing how badly its ran already but it had been awhile so i thought maybe it gotten better but it truly just got worse.

Every single time I get an order delivered from this place, it’s insanely wrong. The management is constantly firing and bringing in people, so it’s just a string of inexperienced, usually students who haven’t had proper training. I don’t blame the staff at all, they’re overworked and underpaid. Management needs to be fired and changed

This Subway needs a lot of help from the health department. We ordered meatball sandwiches and after toasting the sandwiches the meatballs were still cold when we bit into them. We had to take them home and heat them to proper standard temperature so we did not get food poisoning. One guy was trying work hard, but his coworker was outside smoking and when she came in a snail moves faster working then her. The entire eating areas were not clean, customer service was poor, and the lettuce and veggies some looked out dated. They did not have any bags for our food, no toilet paper available for bathrooms, and the food was not properly heated up to a safe temp. I’m glad we did not get sick, but the hygiene of the food making areas and restaurant areas is very substandard.

We were on a long road trip and stopped for a quick bite. The restaurant seemed clean and new looking compared to many subways I’ve seen. A girl named Tera greeted us and happily said “Welcome to the land where sandwiches are made!” She was fun and polite. She started our order and asked us about our trip. Things were going well until this rude bitter faced guy named Thomas (maybe the manager or owner?) rushed up and snapped at Tera to go back to cutting bread. They weren’t busy or anything- it was 3:30 in the afternoon and one other person was there. No need for this horrible rush. He stared at us like we just took a dump on his floor. He snapped “what do you want on this?!?” And I completely lost track of what I had wanted to even order. I just mumbled “turkey.” I couldn’t think of anything else- I felt like I was being scolded just for being there. He rushed us through and the sandwiches weren’t very good. The only reason I’m giving this rating any stars at all is because if the first minute of our experience with Tera. If this guy is the manager, he needs to be fired- he doesn’t like his job. If he’s the owner- Tera needs to find a different job where she’ll be respected and they actually appreciate her customer service talent.

I’m going in this place from last 5 or 6 months it was good but from last two months i palce my order online and go to pick my order it’s not ready every single time . It shows ready in my app but when i am over there to pick it not ready. The guy over there is slow and keep talking.it takes me 20 minutes after it shows ready. After that i get this sandwich
