I have ordered from this location twice recently about few weeks apart using the App, both times were after 11:00PM. The food was barely warm and not fresh, I always get two original chicken sandwichs and fries, it seems that they precook the chicken in advance so when people order they just reheat it and put it in the sandwich ( no idea why) probably so they can work on orders faster, I always get to the location first and then I place my order, by the time I Walk in to the store and in less than a few minutes they hand me my order, so I asked them if the chicken was freshly cooked and of course their response was always Yes!!! I have been a customer of BK for a long time but I’m giving up this time. This would be my last review and complaint about BK food quality.

Hit and miss. When they’re good – they’re good (60% of the time) but they mess up orders a lot, and are constantly out of ingredients. They haven’t had lettuce in weeks (see sign they posted) and were out of the ghost pepper sauce for the Halloween whopper days before Halloween. They also never pick up their phone, so you can’t call ahead and see if they have what you want, before you make the trek in, which is annoying. The app also doesn’t remove the items they have out of stock, so you’ll often order things, then find out your sandwich is missing items – as they hand it to you. Please try harder, I want so much to like this location.

I’ve only had a few issues with my orders over the 9+ years I’ve been working next to this Burger King. I’ve never had a problem when Francis and/or Sharon are working, they are literally the best and always make sure my orders are good! They are both so friendly and helpful and give the best customer service. They recently finished the remodeling awhile back and it looks way better, cleaner and just overall brighter. They are also now open 24 hours which is great for those late night/early morning cravings. I’m glad this BK has been here for so long!

This location was one of my favorites before the remodel. The double borderline is extremely chaotic in the Drive-Thru where people get confused and try to cut each other off. Their customer service has also declined with new staff. The high schooler working the drive-thru window was dismissive I’m not paying attention and then did not hand me the receipt for the order.
It’s a shame because this location usually had the most consistent and fresh food.

Food is good and like any other Burger King. However staff was very rude. There was a lady taking orders and I was explaining what I wanted she acted as if I insulted her. Since she started yelling, I raised my voice. If you are in customer service you should learn how to treat customers and train yourself to be more friendly. You shouldn’t make customers mad over a simple order by giving an attitude over a simple misunderstanding on YOUR part.
