I ordered the tomato soup with southwestern chicken salad and cream cheese everything bagel and a cherry pastry. My husband had the chili and onion soup and meat sausage sandwich tasted like a philly cheese steak delicious. ❤️
check on customers and make sure their food was correct, and she was quick to clean tables as customers left. She is always so kind and helpful when I come In. The manager stopped by my table to check on things, as well. Overall, it was a five star, 10/10 experience!
And they kept the place tidy. I’m not sure if they have a plumbing issue, but the food was great!
Dakota went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. They greeted me with a genuine smile, patiently helped me choose the perfect meal, and even checked in to ensure everything was to my liking. It’s rare to find someone who puts so much care and attention into making a guest feel valued, and Dakota did just that. Their kindness and professionalism completely elevated my dining experience.
The food was fresh, delicious, and served quickly, but it was Dakota’s exceptional customer service that made this one of the best visits I’ve ever had to Panera Bread. I will definitely be returning—and I hope everyone gets the chance to be helped by Dakota!
