Well to start i have had 3 terrible encounters with this location. So I will nolonger do business here. But today I placed my order 1st the driver got lost getting to my house. Then the order wasn’t right after giving a 15.00 tip. I called the store. Was told i can get store credit or my order can be redone but I had to come get it myself. Huge inconvenience…and my whole order should have been replaced but only the pizza was replaced with yet again the wrong thing. Im totally frustrated at this point. so ok I said OK ill come cus this is my last time doing this with that store so a credit served me no purpose.. manager said 20 minutes I waited 35 b4 I left home. Got to the store no order I stood there 20 more minutes before they even got to my order. Then I stood there and watched 3 more orders get prepared before they even got to even pulling my ticket to do my order. OK so I waited another 30 minutes. Just to get another order that wasn’t what I paid for. I ordered pan crust i was given nasty hand tossed. I ordered sweet marinara just to be given the bland nasty regular marinara.. I feel like my money was wasted. We didn’t even eat the pizza cus it was nasty and thats not what we eat. This store needs to be revamped cus this was poor customer service on all ends. And I will never ever patronize that store again. 50.00 order with a 15.00 tip .. I was pissed

Manager Q was the absolutely best! Unfortunately there was a little hiccup with my order but he made sure to fix it promptly and was so nice. Highly recommend this guy get a raise! Thank you so much I will be back!

This was a very disappointing experience at Pizza Hut. My order was already ready and sitting in the oven, yet when I politely asked the lady at the kitchen if my order was ready, she responded with a very bad attitude and told me, “Please bear with me,” and said that if the information in my email was wrong, then I had to follow what she was saying.
The problem is — my food was already ready. Another staff member later came and handed me my order, which clearly proved that she was wrong. Instead of checking properly, she kept insisting and speaking rudely, as if I was the problem.
There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and no respect for customers’ time. If the order is ready, staff should acknowledge it instead of arguing and showing attitude. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and really ruins the experience.
I expect much better customer service from Pizza Hut.

This is your typical Pizza Hut. Nothing special, but nothing bad. They were a little slower than promised, but hey, the pizza was hot and fresh when it came out. I thought the crust was extra big on my pizza at this location.

Went and picked up pizza and waited which the man did say they had a 12 pizza order that had just came in as I placed mine that they were finishing. But when I did get mine I went home and dropped to my husband. He called the number because the pizza and the breakdsticks were wrong. He talked to someone and went back to get it. When he got there another man supposedly the manager came and helped him and made rude comments because they got the pizza wrong the first time. Well that wasn’t our fault and he shouldn’t have been rude and making comments about it.

Why does online the say you guys open at 9:00am but when you call and ask your employee says you open at 10:00am. Please fix that wasting peoples time driving over. Talking about just turned the oven on well how long does it take to heat up hell.

I had a fantastic pizza experience the other day, and it was absolutely delicious! The crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I also have to say that the employees were so friendly and helpful; they made the whole experience even better. They were attentive and ensured everyone had a great time, and I’ll definitely be going back again soon! Ordered Cinamon rolls at 10am right when they opened ! Got there at 10:12 and Mr. Andy, the manager was at the counter with a smile ready to serve me my order ! The card reader was being a little slow due to them just opening and restarting, he thanked me for my patience. Overall a good experience!
