I stopped by BurgerFi and honestly had a great experience. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger with pepper jack cheese and tomato-bacon jam, plus fries and a drink. First thing I noticed: it’s kind of wild that there’s no actual meal option. Everything is ordered separately so it does get a bit pricey. Anyways, the burger was 10/10. Super flavorful and cooked perfectly. The fries were a solid 8/10. Also, I love that they have a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine. I went about an hour after they opened and the restaurant was completely empty. No line, no wait, and a clean, quiet space all to myself for lunch. The nice worker lady behind the counter had amazing customer service! Overall experience: 10/10!! Probably not an everyday burger spot, but definitely a great choice every once in a while.

I love the food here and coupons, but nowadays, I really don’t stay in the restaurant because the bright white spotlights shine in your face and are too much personally. Would love if they had some warmer lights and it could feel a little bit more relaxing to stay for lunch. Also the bun sometimes crumbles apart. Overall thankful for this restaurant in the area!

First time at BurgerFI. I had a Single Cheeseburger and added grilled mushrooms and onions that was really good. Also ordered the fries and onions rings – huge rings had a spicy kick that snuck up on my tongue, delicious! Staff was extremely helpful and very nice.
Update: Just ordered two chicken sliders from their new menu, really good!
Update – 10/2025: They no longer serve their soft boardwalk-style fries, now they have hot & crispy classic fries, that goes great with their burgers!

Unfortunately this is just really not a good burger. The main problem is the quality of the meat, it is tough and has a taste that is just not normal and not good. You can tell they are skimping a bit on the quality of the meat, it doesn’t have that good mouth feel and flavor of five guys, shake shack, any of the other mainstream burger joints I’ve had.
On top of that its $17.50 for a burger and fries, which for that price you really are paying for quality.
Find another burger place, this one is just really disappointing.

Ordered via Grubhub. Vegan Beyond Burger, Cry + Fry – onion rings and French fries, and Mello Yello. The burger was great, as was the fries. The onion rings were okay. Haven’t had a Mello Yello in years. It was OK. Overall very pleased with the food.

The food was good but the service was okay. We had two free items on the app we tried to redeem and it wasn’t working. So after 25 minute sof standing and waiting, they had a manager come over to use and say we can’t order the free items in person and if we still wanted them, to order on the app.
They were polite about it the entire time, but my issue is that we stood there waiting for 25 minutes just to place the order.
Then, we placed the order for our burgers and a free fry at the register and notified them that we were redeeming a free shake on the mobile app. After getting our shake and burgers, we realized that they didn’t ring us up for the fries. So we had to place a mobile order for the fries.
Overall. We spent around 45 minutes to an hour in the restaurant and half of that was standing at the register just trying to place the order.
The food was good but I wish the owner would have stepped in and helped with the issues we were having.

The staff are so kind and attentive. The restaurant was very clean, too. I’d definitely go here again just because everyone was so nice. It looks like a great place to grab a bite solo, too.

The only real minus here is the slowness of the meal. It must have taken 15 minutes to make just a burger. Nothing else at all.
