Don’t order from this location. Estimated delivery was 15 minutes and our pizza never showed up. After waiting over an hour, we called several times and no one ever answered. Marked our order as delivered but still nothing showed up.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this Domino’s location. The food was severely undercooked, raising serious food safety concerns. When I addressed the issue, the night manager was not only rude but also appeared to lack basic knowledge of food safety and proper customer service.
As a result of this incident, I have reported the matter to Domino’s corporate office, which has assured me that they are taking appropriate action. Since this is a franchise location rather than a corporate store, I strongly encourage customers to be aware of these issues to prevent others from experiencing what my family did. Unfortunately, my son became ill after consuming the food, further underscoring the severity of the situation.
I would not recommend this location until these concerns are properly addressed. Food safety and customer service should never be compromised.

I placed an order at this Domino’s location in Minnesota, and the experience was utterly unacceptable. The delivery driver, who was white, repeatedly asked me over the phone how much I was going to tip him—before even delivering the food. His tone was rude and made me feel highly uncomfortable. To make matters worse, he never brought the food to my door. Instead, he marked the order as “delivered” and left with my food. This behavior was not only unprofessional, but it also felt racially charged and disrespectful. As a paying customer, I should be treated with courtesy and respect. No one should be pressured for a tip or denied food because of one.

this place left my coke outside on the ground instead of simply telling me it was there then the pizza mysteriously vanished but they said they delivered it. so I had to wait another 15 minutes on top of the original time. if your going to try them dont trust delivery. not to mention your being charged for delivery but they still want you to tip

The delivery driver who is male, don’t know know his name, is trash. He left my pizza on the snow covered ground. If I hadn’t checked track my order , I wouldn’t have known it had arrived. The driver didn’t call, I will never order from this location again!

Yes, I agreed with the above complaints. It’s probably the worst service ever experienced. When you call to place an order, they transfer you to the local store! But it’s many local stores.

I just wanted them to explain to me how we can eat these cinnamon Twist with garlic flavor dipping sauce instead of icing. These cinnamon twists should automatically come with icing. I have no idea how anyone could even make this mistake!

Austin was the best today he made my whole week by covering my entire domino’s order for me when my bank put a hold on my card he said I’ll take care of it this time around jist write me a review so here I am super happy and extreamly satisfied with his wonderful and amazing g customer service he should get employee of the month !!!! The delivery guy Robert that works there is extremely rude . I pressed the prompt to hand me my order and he called and says “dominos ur stuffs here” and hangs up in my face as im saying okay coming down now.. and when I call back no answer . Called that thing 3 times and he blocked my number after the 1st . Called the store 7 times no answer . Then he left my stuff in the wrong place…. After being 47 minutes late . You all need to teach that lil boy proper customer service . And that pizza was cold and super dry. I do not recommend ordering from here. I’ve ordered from here 3 other times over the past 2 years and they either are super late, the food is cold and gross, or both… this was definitely my last time ordering from this one … and i reported Robert and the night manager to the BBB and domino’s corporation. pathetic. And psa: the food reviews are from the drivers and ppl that work there … DO NOT order from here . You’ve been warned

Maybe it’s a little thing but it’s a big deal to me. I added 2 habanero dipping sauces and received garlic instead. My husband can’t eat spicy food since getting cancer so I also have to give it up for the most part. I was looking forward to spicing up my pizza and spent 46.00 at this location. I’m very disappointed.
