This place is amazing!! Came from San Antonio and just dropped in. It’s a great little spot l. Everything is delicious the patties are wonderful on the burger, the turkey bacon sandwich was nice and even with the mayo. Omg the desert was spectacular. The service was quick in cleaning and very friendly. Atmosphere welcoming and enjoyable.

This cozy restaurant has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The service was outstanding, especially when it came to the fantastic food. The portions were generously large, and everything was absolutely delicious. A truly wonderful place to enjoy a meal!

We haven’t been here since the early 2000s. Looks like they did a great job with the renovation. The building looks new but the food is still pretty darn good. The service on the other hand was EXCELLENT!
My son said his burger could have used a little seasoning but he said the tater tots were great. I ordered the 2 piece “strips”. My oh my! I cannot even fathom how much chicken you get with the 4 piece… you prob would need two plates. They were huge! Definitely got my money’s worth there. They were spiced perfectly and were juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. I ordered a side salad and some fries. I didn’t eat the fries for personal reasons but they looked perfect. The salad was average for a side it worked fine.
I do suggest trying the gooey dip. Great idea that I am going to try and duplicate at home. The chips that you dip into the gooey dip are thick and crunch! I mixed everything together before I took the pic (beans, sour cream, and cheese) as they were all in one bowl and and then I would dip the chip into the salsa. Deeeeeeeelish!
If you are passing through Llano, give this place a whirl. You won’t be disappointed. They definitely take care of you!

Excellent burger! Big juicy perfectly cooked meat patty. Crisp fresh lettuce and tomatoes. Great cheese with flavor and the perfect bun. Nice cold iced tea and a great family environment. A must visit if in the area.

We enjoyed the Burger Bar Cafe in Llano, Texas! The food was delicious and they had several choices. Everything was fresh and came out quickly. I had the Elvis Queso Burger. WOW! It was big and delicious! Then topped it off with peach cobbler! Yummy

Stopped here on a whim and the food was surprisingly good. We were driving my elderly folks through the area letting him and my mom see the wild flowers. My dad has got the beginning stages of dementia so this trip was a good thing for him. He loves his burgers so we saw this place and stopped. Our waitress was very nice and accommodating. Everyone loved their burgers and my dad secretly paid and (like his generation does) left a small $3 tip. Knowing this i went to check and found it out was only $3 , so i left an additional $10. She was very patient with my folks so it was appreciated and she was thankful. I’d rate the burgers an 8/10 which in my book, very good. Sweet potato fries and regular fries were nice and crispy and the fried pickles were reportedly good (i don’t eat them). All in all, I’d definitely recommend this place.

Best catfish we’ve EVER had! Catfish Friday is all-you-can eat & it’s amazing! Perfect cornmeal breading, super fresh, not fishy whatsoever. Awesome sides, too– especially the pinto beans!! Great flavor, not bland AT ALL. And if you get a chance to try their peach cobbler, don’t pass it up!! Tastes like something out of an old-timey kitchen
