One of the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone more than once thinking maybe they were just having a bad day and tried to give them a few chances. Each time my coffee was either too watery or way too sweet, the food was either undercooked or overcooked, the donuts are almost always stale and hard as a rock and the customer service was absolutely horrible. Not to mention the drive thru line is almost always out to the street and service takes forever. I went inside I got a good view of how messy, dirty and unorganized it really was in the store itself, on top of the workers acting like they don’t see you and aren’t willing to serve you until you get their attention. I highly recommend saving your time, money and energy. Would give 0 stars if it was possible .

This is probably the rudest DD I’ve been to. They aren’t very greeting. They always give me the wrong drink. And then when you kindly let them know they proceed to tell you you are wrong . But in the end look dumb!

I ordered a pumpkin spice signature latte. It normally comes with pumpkin swirl and a vanilla shot. This latte has neither of those. There’s no flavor at all. I’m sick of it already. With all the bad reviews at this location, you’d think they’d do something about it, but no…just same ole crap, day in, day out. I’m done. I’ll travel farther, onto the next one. Ridiculous already!

The boys in there this morning were trying their absolute hardest!!! They did so good! Trying to keep a angry coffee line in order is so hard but they kept their cool! Told them its understandable how things get scrambled and to take their time! They got it!!! Everyone should take a second and be proud these are kids coming into the working field they gotta learn somehow!!! Be kind to them!!!

I officially give up on this dunkin donuts. They are basically selling everyone flavored creamer. I ordered the ice coffee with a extra ESPRESSO SHOT and my coffee still looks like milk. So not only do we have to pay 5 plus bucks for a coffee. Were not getting coffee instead were just going to get diabetes with all the sugar and creamer they add.

Hey people. Better check your coffee before you leave. We were on the way to somewhere and literally 1 minute down the road we started to drink our cappuccinos…..eewwww. They were barely lukewarm. If we hadn’t been on the way to somewhere, I’d have definitely gone back to have them remade…this way was just money wasted.
