One is not a fan of seafood so he ordered a steak. He was happy with his choice.
I got the cashew chicken since it’s my go-to to decide if I’ll come back. Plenty of veggies and some chicken. Could have been more flavorful. Can’t say it was the best I’ve had.
Beef and broccoli and the Beef Lo Mein were both cooked and tasted as expected and enjoyed.
We also go the Chicken Lettuce wrap and and plenty for everyone. Enough for 6.
The views are great if you get near the windows. At least until the buildings are done across the street. Ha!
I could come back again and would try something else. Everyone got sweet and sour chicken as their extra side and found it good!
Really recommend!
First, the atmosphere is clean Asian chic. Our table was round and sat 8 and had a cool lazy Susan in the middle that made it easy to share our dishes. Overall, a great casual vibe that could easily be dressed up a bit for a night out. My only complaint is all the hard surfaces make for a bit of an echo chamber. We sat down shortly after 5:00 pm and beat the dinner rush. If it was full, I imagine it would be very loud! For us, it was fine because it was not too crowded. We could hear our conversation, even across the massive table.
Overall, the service was very good. We were seated right away and had our drinks within minutes. We were a group of seven with two small children and five adults. The reason I mention our group size is we are a bit complicated. We had two gluten free people, and two with serious allergies to nuts. Our server did an excellent job getting everyone’s order and our food was out quickly. When our food came out we instantly realized our error. We each ordered a meal. The portions were large enough to feed 2-3 people. The children’s meals were large enough for an adult.
Which brings me to the food. I ordered the honey shrimp (no walnuts) with fried rice. I was stunned at the quantity! I hope the quality would be as good! I was not let down. The flavor was excellent and the shrimp were perfectly cooked. I would not want to eat the fried rice on it’s own because it was not super flavorful, but it was a great compliment to the honey sauce on my shrimp. Everyone loved their food except my mother-in-law who ordered something spicy. She hoped for white lady spicy and got smoking Asian spicy instead! Not the chefs fault!
All in, a great experience and I’ll definitely be visiting again and probably ordering take out even more! There was plenty of parking and amazing views of the valley if you sat by the windows. Highly recommend!
