Food is INCREDIBLE and the atmosphere is definitely authentic. You can tell that the dishes are homemade recipes and family owned. I would prefer take out to dine in, but it is the best Caribbean food in the middle GA area

Delicious, homemade food, made with love and care. The curry chicken and oxtails came out fresh, falling off the bone. The rice and sides were perfectly seasoned and really complemented the main dish well. The lady that served us up front was wonderful and the atmosphere was like being at home eating an awesome home cooked meal. There’s a lovely picnic area outside to eat at and I will definitely be returning in the future!

My girls wanted Oxtail and this restaurant was close to where we were staying. It was a cute place with a lot of character. The lady who waited on us was awesome and so nice! My girls said the food was delicious and it smelled so good!

Food is delicious but the service on this particular day left much to be desired. The cashier had an attitude as soon as we walked in. We ordered our food and sat down. Then we waited 25 minutes for 1 meal. Meanwhile, 2 other people had come and gone with their meals.

Very cute little isolated cafe/restaurant with relatively authentic Jamaican vibe and delicious food! The portions are huge btw. Can highly recommend the Oxtail

Oh, wowie! This is THE best place for Jamaican Cuisine. A true gem in the south. I haven’t had it this good since leaving D.C. Don’t ask too many questions. Just order and eat. Let the food speak for itself. Kevin is a superb chef and cooks it up as a native should. We ordered the snapper with escovitch and jerk chicken with cabbage and plantain on the side. Every dish comes with rice & beans. The coco bread is the cherry on top! This is my new go-to Jamaican spot. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this delight of an establishment to anyone hungry enough to listen.

What a hidden gem in Perry! The flavors here are bold, authentic, and absolutely satisfying. Every bite was layered with spice and depth, perfectly capturing the essence of true Jamaican jerk. Beyond the food, the service elevated the experience—the gentleman who served us and caring for our table was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He checked in often to be sure we had everything we needed, which made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was just as inviting, with the rhythm of native music setting the perfect backdrop for the meal. A memorable dining experience from start to finish—this is a spot I’ll be returning to again and again.

Absolutely wonderful food. We got the Jamaican Jerk Chicken, plantains, cabbage, and coco bread. The chicken was absolutely wonderful. It is extremely HOT. Restaurant is very low key with only a couple of tables or so (looks like more takeout). Well worth. Excellent value.

Y’all, I had some DELICIOUS food today from Jamaican Jerk Restaurant in Perry. $8.99 for this lunch combo! Curry chicken with rice, macaroni and cheese, and sweet plantains. $2.99 for the warm coconut bread which was incredible. I could eat 9 more of those things. I HIGHLY recommend you give them a try. The lady serving was very sweet, and I hope their restaurant is here to stay.

We were looking for something different to eat and happened upon this restaurant. The lady at the front was very helpful and friendly. We got the Jerk chicken meals. The chicken was very flavorful and better than we expected. The sides of mixed vegetables and cabbage was great as well. A regular was there and said we would come back again and he is not wrong! We will definitely come here again!
