I get panera usually about once a month and it’s pretty decent but today it was terrible. I got an Asian salad with mandarins- which I paid extra for, only to find no mandarins in my salad when I got home and the receipt said “+ mandarins.” I also got a chicken avo BLT sandwich and the avocado was BLACK. Someone literally cut it up and saw it was black and put it on my sandwich anyway. Very disappointed. Will not be back.

This Panera Bread was Great! I got excellent experience here in this place! Panera Bread very clean, I felt myself here very comfortable! All staff were friendly and nice. The food was very delicious and tasty! I ordered just salad. And they employees gave me extra bread , so actually I got two pieces breads from this guys! This is good option for any clients and customers! I left a little tips before my order here to workers. And I paid a little bit extra for eggs . They guys you are Good Staff. My experience is Great! Thank you guys for your care and culture here in your Store.

Overall, great staff in the kitchen prepping orders & serving. Food was excellent.
Re, the team manger, managing the register ruined my experience and I decided to eat out. My husband asked a simple question concerning where to get to grab to-go cups. He didn’t read the tiny sign next to the register & we admit that is our mistake, BUT Re grabbed the sign & put it in my husband’s face. She merely said, “That’s why we have a sign.” I understand it gets tiring answering the same questions especially when there are signs, but the rudeness from her was appalling & ruined the mood. I work also work in customer service so I understand how it can get old answering questions BUT THAT’S THE JOB! Customer. Service. Customer service from the team manager could improve. I feel bad for her team if she treats customers like this.

Disappointed, again. Issues with our rapid pick up: 1. The kids grilled cheese barely had any cheese (photos). 2. They forgot the chicken on the chicken salad. 3. They forgot to include a cup. 4. They didn’t include enough forks. The staff is friendly and the manager offered us a refund but we politely declined. If this was the first time I wouldn’t post a negative review, but it’s been consistently disappointing like this for months now. We enjoy their food and the convience but won’t be returning.

Friendly service and the manager was manning the register when we visited. Food is fresh and service is relatively efficient. The price is what I have trouble swallowing these days. Two pick two with no drinks will push close to $30. This kind of price is really no longer fast food territory.

I ordered ahead on the Panera app and when I arrived at the store after being told it was ready the lady at the register said someone had “stolen” our order and it had to be remade. I then had to wait 20 minutes for them to remake my order. The lady was also very rude and condescending and seemed very nonchalant and unapologetic about somebody just taking our food. This is the worst customer service I have ever received at a Panera.
