This is one of my favorite starbucks! I have been coming here for awhile. Their drinks are always on point and taste the same unlike the one by Allentown that’s closer to me and sometimes I want a coffee as I get on the highway but I’m 60 percent of the time disappointed in not just the drink but sometimes the service. So lately I’ve had to wait and drive 45 minutes to this Starbucks it’s close to my work so I do come on lunch too sometimes to grab an iced coffee or frap etc but I will always get my coffee in the A.M and it says ALOT I think that I wait to get to this particular Starbucks. EVERYONE is so friendly the cashiers are always very nice and ask how your morning is and it’s just nice. I know it’s their job to do that but you can tell when it seems more genuine.

Didn’t give me my correct change back. Missing $1. Got a food item for for 3.95 and I gave $10 and she only gave me 4 one dollar bills and change so I’m missing $1 . I come here a lot I’m on my lunch break and don’t have time to have them count a drawer but I mentioned it and she said she gave me the incorrect amount I showed her and said why do I not have a 5 bill or 5 ones only 4 ones and not the 1 dollar in change as if u ran out in your drawer?
Guess a lot of people don’t pay cash but she was actually not even the one that originally did my order as the cashier the brunette young girl did and she great friendly efficient and makes drinks great customer service on point but the dirty blonde older woman that was throwing the food items in the oven came over to do my order really quick when I came back up to get another item after I had ordered already and she just ripped me off for 1$ smh

This Starbucks location at Honore & Fruitville in Sarasota is consistently excellent. Brian is hands down one of the best baristas I’ve encountered — friendly, fast, and always gets the drink exactly right. The store is clean, well-run, and the service here stands out compared to other Starbucks locations. If you’re looking for great coffee and even better customer service in Sarasota, this Starbucks is the place.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Starbucks this morning. Alex completely ruined the atmosphere with his rude and misogynistic behavior. To make matters worse, I tried to order a drink that had just launched that same day, causing confusion. Alex talked down to me and my friend in the most disrespectful way. Honestly, it’s no surprise there wasn’t a single other customer in the store—his awful attitude and terrible customer service chased everyone away. Definitely not coming back.

Their coffee degrades so much. It’s getting more expensive but the quality is going down. I still tried and redeem like 50% coupon they sent in the apps once a while but still, spendings $4 after discount with that quality, it’s unworthy.
