Let’s start from the beginning. I am a VERY understanding person- I almost NEVER complain because I know how it is to work with food, fast food and restaurants but this experience was unacceptable. One year at Popeyes and two years at Outback steak house btw. For starters I order chicken tenders and cheese curds an HOUR before they close, only to get a call that they were out of chicken tenders. Me being the understanding person I am I was nice and just said I’ll take bone in chicken. My boyfriend also ordered chicken tenders and French fries. When my order arrives, I discover that we didn’t get the cheese curds or the fries, we didn’t even get the tenders we wanted because somehow a fried chicken place is out of chicken tenders. They seemed to be substituted with mash potatoes and sweets? Let me tell you something, making substitutions does help when you really want something! This was what I wanted for Valentine’s Day because me and my boyfriend both work a 12 hour shift tomorrow and it’s ruined. There’s a reason we didn’t order that! Corporate will hear about this and I also highly advise you do not order from this location.

Usually they’re decently quick. Went through drive-thru at noon on Sunday.

Gentleman taking orders told me it would be a wait while he cooks the chicken, since he was the only one working.

I told him, that’s fine – I’ll wait. Then he proceeded to refuse to take my order because he “didn’t want to forget my order”. I proceeded to ask “isn’t that what the order taking is for? To remember the orders as they come in”

He was sure to explain to me, that that’s now how the order taking system works and that if 5 orders came in quickly after mine, it would kick mine out.

I laughed and just told him it was alright and I’d go somewhere else

Anyway – Canes got my Sunday business!

Ordered $45.00 worth of food and was told it was going to be 8 mins for hot wings. I was at the drive thru and told to park in a spot and they would bring it out. 20 mins later no food and I need to leave to get back to work. I go back to the window and I’m told they gave my order away. I ask for a refund and was told I couldn’t get one. At that point I requested the manager who finally gave me my money back. I understand mistakes happen but they didn’t offer to replace it with something as a courtesy for my time. At least a drink or something considering I waited now a total of 30 mins and the inconvenience. Unprofessional and I will not go back. Lunch hour wasted and they were not even busy.

Found this in my fries which means they weren’t wearing gloves. It is totally not acceptable. I give this place no stars. I definitely would not go there to eat. And wouldn’t refund my family our money back

Worst experience ever the 3 people that were working were higher than a kite I did not get my gravey and I placed an order to be ready for pickup at 730. My food was not done until 8. Customer service was rude the door dash people waited 45 mins to get an order. This place sux I will not be back

This place is terrible. I ordered a standard family meal in the drive thru and was later told it’d be 15-20 mins for one of the food items. Then after 20+ mins, I went in to check, and was told it’d be another 10 mins on a DIFFERENT item. The whole time, I just see most employees standing around doing nothing. Ultimately, it took me about 35-40 mins to get what I paid for.

No unsweetened tea at the drink bar had to ask for it. Asked for dark meat, both thighs, got drumsticks. No napkins in a chicken restaurant, come on, all they had were wet-naps after we asked for napkins. Most likely we will not return.

I went for pickup of an online order at about noon time on August 19, 2025. A man then a old woman see the name of my order but didn’t give me the order until I waited for about ten minutes. At that time there were not much customers.
The order was ready & was lying to put in the bag.
I asked again after 10 minutes then the man packed the items and gave me.
When I asked that the items were ready why didn’t you give me.
He rudely replied, “This is not my job”.
Please tell me, is he correct ???

Some of the worst service I’ve experienced, I had to wait 10 minutes to order after the employee’s ignored me a dozen times. After I got my food I had to wait 10 minutes to get utensils to eat it, the food was cold by then.
