They triple charged me for my order. Said they got the coupon. The coupon never came off. Didnt tell me the price at the window. I had a coupon for $6.99 for chillies cheese fries, chillies cheese burger and chili cheese burger. They charged me full price for everything and I got 2 corn dogs and a fries combo and a medium soda for $60?!!!!!

I’ve been stopping at this location for over ten years. It is always a pleasant experience with hot food. Corn dog nuggets always perfect. Friendly staff, too. You can eat in, take out or drive thru.

The good is hot. The people are nice. But I give them 2 stars because the chili is such a part of this restaurant and they are really skimpy with it. Your chili burger is guaranteed to have a nice clean wrapper when you open it, let’s just put it that way. Have eaten here multiple times and it’s airways the same. Decided to post this time because a coworker suggested it. Items without chili are great but items with chili are really lacking in the chili department. Just an FYI to anyone ordering chili items.

I pulled up about 15 mins before closing and was told they couldn’t make a burger. If your posted business hours are until 11 pm, then you should be able to make anything on the menu during business hours. Customer service is really going down hill everywhere. If you can’t afford to be open that late, change your business hours. Don’t make your customers suffer from poor service because you closed your burger grill early.
