Had a 3 hour wait at discount tires so I walked down to chick FIL a for lunch. As always the service at chick FIL a was top tier. This one was no different. Very kid friendly. They have a play area for kids. They also bring you your food for dine in. I thought that was awesome.

You should definitely go here if you enjoy 2nd degree burns from coffee because the staff can’t put a coffee lid on correctly. And you should DEFINITELY go here if you enjoy ruining the upholstery of your car by sitting in scalding hot coffee that exploded out of the cup because the staff can’t put a coffee lid on correctly.

One time I witnessed this worker deliver a baby in the middle of the resturant while also serving my food. The food was so delicious and so fresh, but this worker customer service skills while they bit the umbilical cord was unmatched. 100000/10. Awesome employee.

I have consistently received mixed up orders/missing items from this Chick-fil-a. They are impossible to get in contact with, too, so I’ve just sent money down an empty vacuum with them. There’s no way to get a refund or replacement. Slowest drive-thru line ever, too. I came from Virginia where all Chick-fil-a’s were run like the most well-oiled machine ever, so I have been shocked how poorly run this one is.

Worst chicken fillet we ever been to. Ordered two shakes and an ice cream cone along with our meal.. They never came after we finish our meal 25 minutes later I asked the lady at the Broad Amil, where are shakes war and she said they were coming, but never checked on us after that. We also witnessed a janitor, sweep the floor, then use the same broom to sweep the chairs off before a customer came in to sit down in that chair about five minutes later. The one on N. Roxboro St. is crazy good compared to this place. they are very friendly over there and we get a whole order. Usually within five minutes brought to our table. Was a mistake choosing this location near Sam’s Club.
