Absolutely the best hospitality I’ve experienced in a long time. They allowed me to use their restaurant as a cooling station while I waited for our football team to finish their game in St Gen. The kindest staff. I appreciate them so much.

I placed an app order 20 minutes before I showed up and had to wait another 15 after I got there because they claimed they were waiting on nuggets. Then when I got my food it was cold. It felt like a waste of time and money to come here

Experience varies based off when you go. Most times the service is okay, and the food is good. Only problem is that most workers are young and just don’t care. Multiple times my order has been made wrong or missing dip cups. Last night I got nuggets with barbecue and sweet and sour and received none. Then earlier ordered a big Mac with no sauce, opened it up and there was sauce. Even with a receipt that tells them they don’t make sure its right

This is by far the worst McDonald’s that I’ve ever gone to. Even if you put the order in online on their app, they get it wrong. The people that take your money at the window are rude condescending and couldn’t say thank you if they had a gun at their heads. I don’t know why anybody goes to McDonald’s anymore anyway. I certainly won’t be returning to this one!

Went thru the drive thru , lady in a car in front of me sat at the speaker box for 15 -20 minutes holding up the line in this 100 degree heat ,y car was boxed on so I couldn’t get out of the line and had to wait to even do that much. My mom went inside to tell the staff about it and their reply was “we know , she is struggling to place a mobile order “ and then they finally decided to send someone out side. .. but really ?? You all know & purposely left people sitting in a line in 100 degree heat ??? Maybe your getting paid but the customers time is valuable
