Been waiting to check this spot out. I’ve driven bye so many times. Finally made it, and let me tell you it’s fuego. The pastor is spinning on the trompo looking delicious. Along with Meat grilling on different grills.
I ordered 3 Al pastor, with 2 Asada. And grabbed some green sauce. The pastor was super tasty, well seasoned. Asada was great nice and tender with very little “if none” fatty pieces. The green sauce it was what threw it all together, so fresh tasting with some slight heat. So don’t forget to grab some. Definitely some of the best tacos in Salem.

Best street tacos in Salem. Hands down. Super nice and helpful, fast easy service and so much food. Open Friday, Saturday and Sunday only. These guys are good.

Combinacion (combination plate) is an amazing value and very tasty. The rice is best I’ve had in oregon. Fast and friendly staff – it’s a food truck so I typically pick it up and head to a park (or a movie) to enjoy the meal. Most people devour in their cars. Can’t believe this place only has 3.4 stars since I think it’s one of the best taco trucks in Salem.

Finally some good food I feel like every place we go to in Salem is subpar, and this food truck was refreshing. I recommend the Al Pastor Burrito. All very good. CASH ONLY though, so bring some moolah ❤️

Just ate here tonight. So, so good. Too bad, so sad Portland is so lame and has nothing this authentic, this delicious. I could have easily ate 4-6 tacos. My mouth is on fire with happiness. Eat Here!!
