I have never ever dealt with so much unprofessionalism! I ordered my food on the website for delivery. A dasher texted me and stated “ So idk what they did but he told me something about he had spilt ur pizza in to 2 different boxes. Yea from what he told me they ran out the ny boxes, 2 pizzas 3 box’s “ the guy making my food told my dasher “ I didn’t feel like putting it into a large box” but instead he proceeded to put it into 2??? My food looks like it’s been played with and my pepperoni pizza I did not ask for all those extra tops. This pizza was not for me it was for my staff at the hospital. This is disgusting !

I picked up a pizza tonight and was really disappointed. The pizza looked like it had been sitting out for a long time very dry, hard, and almost burnt. It did not taste fresh at all, which is unacceptable considering it was supposed to be a freshly made order. I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to order from here again.

The service was extremely slow. The staff showed no attention to customers at all. Ordering took an unreasonably long time because they were talking among themselves instead of doing their job. It resulted in a serious waste of time. Very disappointing experience.

The only reason I am leaving a one star review is I saw them take a door dash back in from a dasher off the street and place it back in the pizza warmer. Yuck! The cross contamination.

Holy cow, where do I start?! This experience proves nobody that works there takes pride in their job. The store is filthy. The transgender female manager was straight up wearing a shower cap! The pan dough was so underproofed, it was a thin crust (see attached pictures). Needless to say, I got a refund. Totally deflated and half raw. I worked for Pizza Hut for 11 years. We would’ve NEVER allowed a pizza that looked like that to leave the store! The manager also told me they cut my pizza. No apology from “shower cap” (the manager) nor any offer to replace my order with something else. Absolutely awful, and this is the 4th or 5th time this store has screwed up my order. I will never go back, and I am making sure everyone I know not go there either. This store sucks in a major way.

On Dec1,2025 around 12:20pm.I called about an order I placed and I spoke with a Latino immigrant who says she is the day shift manager “ELIZABELL”the young lady was rude and very combative and actually told me to pull up in a threatening manner all because I told her my order was not delivered entirely and requesting for the remaining item be sent back out. Customer service from this place is the worse I’ve ever seen. I was denied what I paid for and told that from now on I am refused service. I ask to speak with the manager which she replied she was the manager and the owner. Wow imagine that . I hope the real manger and owner review that call and deal with the this matter appropriately

My first time there on lee rd. Excellent and the young lady at the counter was very nice. Pizza was on point exactly how I ordered it. Was sorta shocked since Hut has dropped the ball at other locations, the only reason im posting. Keep it up!!!

The cashier that answer the phone was rude. He spelled my name wrong. Got my order wrong. The pizza was dry. I ask for bone in wings he gave me boneless wings. The only thing that was good that food came on time and the driver was nice.

I have been coming here for years and have never had any serious issues so far. If there were anything that needed to be fixed it was fixed and I was happy after the fact.Cameryn is always helpful and makes the food just the way I like it. Whenever I ask for something to be fixed it has never been an issue. Good customer service as well and a food made right.

UPDATE – 6 DAYS LATER AND NO REFUND, I HAD TO HAVE MY BANK DO A CHARGE BACK.
You will need to start by training the shift manager Macayla to have better customer service when the business is at full fault of delivering the completely wrong order. I will not be back to this location. My experience triggered my anxiety.
