*Only at this point* was I told that whomever took the phone order had “forgotten” to make the pizza, and it was just being made now. I was told it would be ready “in a few minutes.” As I work security, my employer is very particular about how long I can be away from my post. Fortunately another employee was able to cover for me, or I would have been docked more than the cost of the pizza. Had I been informed that my order was lost when I first arrived, I definitely would not have waited.
Please train your employees to inform customers of a mix-up like this BEFORE they’re charged, so they have the option to wait or go elsewhere.
Based on this experience, I highly doubt I’ll return. Highly dissatisfied.
Update now they’re over done I guess next time I’ll just get cheesy bread from dominoes
The Buffalo wings were rotisserie. The soda I paid for is missing. I have tried calling them and can’t reach a human. In addition ? I was ordering on the Fall River site and it defaulted to New Bedford. When you look at the app for menu? It’s a list of nutrition facts. Someone needs to fix the online program and someone needs to answer the phone to handle errors. To drive back isn’t possible I don’t live in the area. I travel through a lot.
