Macy greeted us with a big smile and made sure our order was just right, while Bailey handled everything with great attention to detail and a positive attitude. The food was hot, fresh, and came out quickly. It’s rare to find service like this keep up the great work!

Mr. ADRIAN! This staff member should be a Regional Director! I visit this location 2 to 3 times a week for my favorite apple pies. This man displays 10/10 customer service every single time I visit there. If he’s ever having a bad day, we would never be able to tell because he’s always smiling, always respectful, & always going above and beyond to satisfy his customers. I’m one of their favorite nurses/customer! They know my order before I have to say a word, lol! I take my grandchildren there and we get our apple pies and ice cream 2 to 3 times a week and every visit is 10/10 with Adrian. It’s another awesome lady that works the drive through also but I forgot her name! I have to get it and update my review! You guys are amazing and we appreciate you!

Quite disappointed and appalled. Ordered through door dash total was $35+ for my combo and a loaded Fry and the tip. Just to open it after specifying no “sliced cheeses” on my triple bacon zilla This was now the 3rd time in a row it’s been messed up. I keep trying to give more chances. The upsetting part is the store said “they didn’t put cheese on my sandwich and asked for me to send them pictures “? Are you serious. ? I did anyway but this is not a way to do business with customers at all basically calling me a liar as i sent in the requested pics How embarrassing and insulting to paying customers

Waited for 20 minutes to be given a dehydrated burger, cold fries, and flat coke. This is not the first time that the food there has been subpar.
Do yourself a favor and go to the one 103rd. The last time I was there, the food was great.
