Have actually reordered one certain pizza, for many decades.
Many puppies have come and gone 10-20 years each. Shared that same pizza with two possibly three generations of well taken care of puppies and dogs. They only get the outer crust and they love pan pizza.
I’m the type that will order one pizza a very specific way repetitively for 50 years but will look at the menu every time entertaining the thought of something different.

Miss Helen went out of her way to make sure that my order was completely correct everything that I ordered. We realize there was a sauce pack missing and she got on it right away. Apologized and was the kindest employee I have met at this location!!

We were in Hot Springs to take our boys to the National Park. We ordered a Meat Lovers pizza for delivery to the Embassy Suites where we were staying. I ordered on the app which said the pizza would be delivered in 20-30 minutes. The pizza was delivered to our hotel room door in under 20 minutes and it was piping hot. The pizza was perfect and we were definitely impressed with the service!

UPDATE: Got home with $20 stuffed pizza and there was not even 1 pk of cheese or peppers‼

Older woman, on right register as you come in, was extremely rude!!! Haven’t tried pizza yet but will not be back. The other lady was very nice and patient. There is only one menu to look at and it is at the register. They should put one on the wall so their employees don’t snap at customers visiting for the first time..js!!!

Terrible service. Pizza was over a hour late. States the has to wait for DoorDash, because the are under staff. Call center supervisor was rude and disrespectful. Store employees acted as if waiting was not a problem. Does not deserve even one stair. We never order from here.

Do your self a favor and don’t use this location if you want your food.. Last time I ordered they never delivered my pizza! It was 69$! Of course they charged my card! I tried to call but an answering service answered for them! Guess what they couldn’t get anyone to answer either! The next day I finally got them to answer they said I gave the wrong address when every other time it came to the right house using the same file! They did give me a refund so I thought it’s just a one time thing! Nope ordered tonight on the app made sure the address was right and it took the 2hr 45mjn ti make 2 pizza and cinnamon stick! The pizza was cold and the driver smelled like weed it was so loud! This is unacceptable! They use to be a good spot I guess there must me new management !
