Great. I did my 1st online order after realizing I had no paper coupons. Deals in point. The gentleman who made the order was great unfortunately nobody getteres me or said anything for several minutes so I knocked a star off. I would’ve given 5 for the guy who assisted(he gets 10 stars) and the deal I received with my 1st order.

Placed an order online for an icecream cake 2 weeks ago, it was decorated nicely and perfectly to the specifications I put on the request – but I ordered a reeses cake and they made a regular one. My friend picked it up for me and told me that all they said was “it came through as a regular ice cream cake on our end, sorry” despite her having the confirmation code and showing them. No discount or anything offered for the mistake.

1st tryed to order a banana split and a chilli dog combo with a coke. Lady with the tatto on her neck says $5 34 I said for a banana split and a chilli dog combo then she says we’re out of stock on banana splits but doesn’t communicate it at all so I ask for a Oreo blizzard with it my total was 11 and some change. I paid with a 100 dollar bill During the chaos of them being busy with ice cream orders i stupidly didn’t look at the change she handed me back 80 dollars and just decided to keep 9 bucks of my money and I didn’t notice till I left and was at the gas station. I only had that 100 bill when I paid and only 80 dollars when o got to the gas station. On mad she forgot to give my coke that came with the combo. This place is the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to with dishonest thieves working for them.
